Easy access to the highway and downtown. Very clean, well appointed, complimentary evening reception breakfast offered. Breakfast was varied and good. Housekeeping and gentlemen helping with pancakes, clearing tables were great.

Reception staff were not welcoming or friendly. Behind the counter buffet staff were not friendly and somewhat rude.

The staff was great, friendly, and helpful. The room was great, spacious, and clean. The parking was just across the street and the payment was done through the hotel. The location was perfect as I was catching a show at the abbey.

Excellent, convenient location near downtown Orlando and Lake Eola. Loved the made-to-order breakfast included with the room and plenty of optional breakfast items as well. Spacious room was quiet and beds were very comfy!

Had to take the elevator for everything! Could not take the stairs near my room up/down - there was no exit to the lobby, only an emergency exit to outside that would've alarmed if opened.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was large. I love the interior window. Parking garage right across the street and lake eola around the corner is a great area to walk around. Breakfast was fantastic.

Not the hotel's fault but we missed the free drinks and snacks time by 10 minutes...ugh

Excellent location on the lake! The room was very spacious with a separate living room and 4 person dining table. The staff were very kind. The daily breakfast was good, nothing special, but appreciated. The laundry room is super convenient!

The floors were not clean. The hard floors were sticky, I wore shoes inside, which I don't like doing. The carpets must have been so dirty as my son's feet were black after walking around. There was a cup of cigarette butts on our balcony. The neighbors chain smoked so our balcony was useless as we couldn't have the door open. There is no view of the lake, although we booked that, because of tree coverage. I wasn't too bothered about the view, but if you're expecting to have a really nice view of the lake, you won't. Included photos of our view.

Good distance from the KIA center. Spacious rooms. Good variety for breakfast.

As soon as I walked in the room, it seemed it wasn’t cleaned properly. Hair was in the shower. There was a huge red mark on the sofa bed, and what seemed to look like pizza on the sofa bed as well. I did mention to the front and they said they’d have someone come up to clean up, but I had already wiped everything down and our belongings were in the room.

The location was good The place had all the right amenities and rooms.

The player piano was out of tune. I didn’t seem to really have a nice restaurant on the premises that we could find. The air conditioner didn’t keep up. It was very muggy and hot. The furniture was not very comfortable actually. And the breakfast was good, but I stayed at the Embassy suites in Deerfield Beach and that one was amazing so was very dull in comparison to that I think mostly I did not like that. There was no fresh brew coffee. It was a machine and I did the omelette station, which was good, but they didn’t even have feta cheese. Staff was very pleasant and hard-working. But for the money I felt like it was $150 stay at most not over 300 so a bit disappointing. Thought it was gonna be like a luxury hotel and it felt like not.

Perfect sized studio for a small / young family with two great sized doubles. Kitchen and living area worked well with spacious bathroom.

The blind from the living are didn’t give me the comfort and privacy that a curtain would provide. But the bedrooms were private and dark.

Great location to explore downtown and the events. Shuttle riding to the stadium is 5 min walk from the hotel. We enjoyed the happy hour with complimentary drinks, cleanliness. Great bed and good shower.

Check in time and parking (not related to the hotel, but the closest one did not have shade. They charge for early check in - $50 and sometimes this option will not be available.
