Just 3 mi from the Walt Disney World entrance, this resort offers ticket sales and 7 outdoor heated pools. The resort features 6 restaurants and spacious villas with kitchen facilities. Disney Springs is 2 mi away.

Each villa provides separate sleeping and living areas at the Sheraton Vistana Resort Villas. They include a dining area, washer/dryer and are decorated in a casual Florida style. Guests can also relax and watch cable TV with pay-per-view movies.

The resort includes 3 game rooms, 9 lit tennis courts and shuffleboard courts. Guests can also play basketball or volleyball. An 18-hole miniature golf course is also on site.

The problems I encountered made me like nothing about this place.

As soon as we walked in there was a leak on the floor in kitchen. Half of the outlets worked. No outlets in bathrooms. They charged my card 181 to check in and then they say they will refund at checkout( we will see). Then the hot tub hot knob didnโ€™t work. This was one issue after another. Terrible.

The room was spacious, and having a washing machine and dryer in the room meant I could do laundry whenever I wanted.

The room was spacious but dark. Unfortunately, I felt the amenities needed updating. When using the shower, the water temperature fluctuated whenever other rooms or units used hot or cold water, making it impossible to maintain a consistent temperature. The water was either too hot or too cold, so I had to take a shower every day in the middle of the night when no one else was using the water. The carpet was old. The water in the bathroom contained gritty particles, so the bathtub always felt rough to the touch. The parking fee of $30 a day is too expensive.

Location is very good to visit every places in Orlando, specially Disney and Universal Parks, Disney Springs and Outlets. The resort is calm and silent, as well.

The housekeeping service policy was not clearly described at the time of reservation. Only on the second day did I discover that the cleaning service was not provided daily. I stayed for more than one week, and during this period no one refilled the soap dispensers in either of the bathrooms. Additionally, when I made the reservation, the parking fee was stated as 25 per day. However, at check-in I was informed that the price had increased to 30 per day, and I was charged this higher rate despite my reservation clearly indicating the lower price. When I raised this issue again at checkout, the supervisor advised me to contact Marriott by email. During my stay, the parking floor near my room was being painted, which required me to park far from my building for three days. I was traveling with two elderly people, one baby, and an eight-year-old child, and the temperature ranged between 0 and 5 degrees Celsius. If this work had already been scheduled, we should have been informed at check-in and, ideally, allocated to a room in another area of the property. Only after I complained about this at checkout was the parking fee reimbursed.

The pool areas were enjoyable, clean and well maintained. The villa had everything we needed for our stay, comfortable beds, modern fridge and cooking equipment.

Staff maintenance was able to walk into the villa unannounced with his own key which was concerning. The day of check out we requested a transfer to reception and for over an hour we waited. One of us walked the distance to reception while the other looked after our luggage but this didn't speed up transfer as staff there did not help. Finally took the decision to order an Uber from outside the gate at our villa and leave as we were going to miss our connection.
