The location is great
The security of the hotel is horrendous. At 4.30 am in the morning someone started to knock the door and then tried to break in . He went on banging the door for 10 mins until we called the security downstairs who came and escorted the guy to the lobby. When we asked the guy was a customer of the hotel , we were told that no. He came inside at 4.30 am telling that his friends are staying here . When we asked how come you let someone from in without verification , the front desk said sorry. They even let the go of guy instead of calling the police. My wife couldn’t sleep the whole night and was traumatized . This is actually unacceptable.
I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone . Stay away from the careless authority of this hotel.

The location is prime. If you don’t mind late crowds, and a little foot traffic noise and nightlife, this is a great place and location.
When we arrived, the front door was broken and the attendant was asleep. Granted we did have a late check, after midnight.
We were then told that the plumbing was broke. It would be fixed 1st thing in the morning. We were not able to shower or properly clean ourselves. It was fixed the following day, but we had already made plan and were unable the get cleaned up before we went out.
The room itself was old and unkept.

I booked a double bed room and when I arrived at the property, none of the double rooms were clean. I downgraded to a smaller room instead of waiting since I had somewhere to be. There were no towels in the hotel room and the TV didn't work.

The location was great. That is literally what you are paying for. MOST of the staff was great.
Breakfast was terrible. Where was the meat/protein?!? The building is leaning. They kept trying to charge my card repeatedly. I had to keep blocking it. The rooms were fairly clean but not as clean as I would have liked. The bathroom needs a deep cleaning. The night staff seemed to be very, very inexperienced. Why leave her alone?!? The vending machine did not work. The elevator shocked me every time I pressed the button to go down…like legit sparks. The double room needs a bathroom in the second room. Locking it on one side and not the other seemed pointless.

I booked and prepaid for two rooms through Booking. When we arrived at the hotel at 7:00 p.m., the receptionist told us they had no available rooms. After waiting for two hours, they gave us only one room with two beds, claiming it “counted as two rooms.” We had to explain the obvious: two rooms mean two separate rooms. The receptionist, who kept saying she was new and that it was the manager’s fault, did nothing to resolve the issue.
But the bad experience didn’t end there:
• At 2:00 a.m., reception called us for no reason, disrupting our sleep.
• At 9:00 a.m., someone tried to enter the room without checking if there were guests inside, showing a complete lack of organization and respect for privacy.
• The breakfast was extremely basic—no eggs, no bacon, just bread and coffee.
• The hotel was listed on Booking as having parking, but when we arrived, we were told it was an extra paid service. By that logic, any place could claim to “have parking” just because there’s a paid lot nearby.
In short, the service was awful, the management was terrible, and the overall experience was frustrating. If you can avoid this hotel, do it.

I like that the staff a nice young lady ,light skin long black hair with glasses she was very nice assist me with a room change due to the security lock on my room door 406 wasn't working and phone to the room .and put me in 506 she was pleasant and nice and took care of customer.
What i didn't like is on February 12,2025 Wednesday morning about 11:15 am to 11:35 or 1140 am I have returned from 7 elleven I went to my room 506 I could not get in my room with the card ,I then went back downstairs and it was a young lady light skin with short plum color or redish hair that took care of me I said to her I couldn't get in my room ,she then activated my card .I went back to my room .however 15minutes later I was in the bathroom and I heard my hotel room door close .I then jumped up off the toilet and ran to the door to see what was happening i saw the hotel attendant that have just activated my room key with a tall skinny black guy with braids running from my door .so I said wrong room ? She responded yes sorry I was just checking something..so I said ok .When i came downstairs to check out she apologize again .so I said no worries. I didn't want to say anything about the incident at the time even though their was a young guy with short blonde hair who my appears to be the manager..if their is anything else you would like to know about this incident please feel free to contact me at 917 627-9873 thank you

The staff was great! Very friendly and welcoming. Gave me a gift bag before I left. Worked with my schedule. And had a great breakfast bar.
There was some issues with checking in. I had used the booking app got one price,they had my room and key ready so they knew about the booking but couldn't find it when I got there so it ended up being 15.oo more. Had to call me back down to the desk late the one night and very early the next but I will say there might have been contusion but there bright personalities made it worth it.

The room looks nothing like the picture there no lighting,no blankets,no thermostat was very cold,we couldn't shower the drain. It was backed up and flooding like a tub. Misleading information on the booking app. Summary says they have a fitness center, they do not. There’s a gym nearby where you can go and pay like any other customer to use the facilities, there’s not any reduction in fee or deal if you’re staying at this place or any kind of benefit. They should not list fitness center in their amenities at all.
WiFi was fast but very unstable.
Some rooms are super small, we were assigned a one-bed instead of the twin bed when we arrived and had to ask to switch. Layout of the place is weird, you can tell they have tried to cram as many rooms as possible. To get to our room we had to go on a very narrow corridor; in the event of an evacuation it doesn’t look very safe. Elevator was also very narrow, it would be difficult to enter on a wheelchair.
Hotel offers “breakfast”, meaning: a bottle of water, a travel size bag of Cheetos, a travel size box of cereal, a cereal bar and a pack of muffins.
Front door mechanism did not work with our key cards, we had to be buzzed in every time we came in.

The hotel has a great location, close to downtown, popular tourist spots, and the bus station. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay more pleasant.
The hotel was smaller and less comfortable than I had expected for the price. The room did not have a kitchen or sink, the bathroom ventilator was not functioning, and the carpet could have been cleaner. Additionally, the room lacked a large window, so natural light was limited. The breakfast was grab-and-go, which was not what I had expected. Shortly afterward, and without logging out, I began arranging a second reservation for a stay in New York City, intending the dates to be May 31 to June 3, 2025.
However, when I proceeded to finalize the payment for the second booking, the system automatically carried over the previous dates (May 30 to May 31), incorrectly assigning them to the New York City stay. This resulted in two separate bookings for the same date, something your system should reasonably detect and prevent.
I immediately contacted Booking.com customer support and was advised to reach out to the hotel directly. The hotel, in turn, directed me back to Booking.com, creating a frustrating cycle without resolution.
Since I urgently needed accommodation in New York, I proceeded to make a new booking with the correct dates (May 31 to June 3, 2025). However, the incorrect reservation for May 30 to 31 in NYC remains active and was charged, effectively creating a duplicate charge for the same night.

A full refund or travel credit for the incorrect NYC reservation dated May 30 to 31.

The 3rd fella that worked the desk the next morning was very kind and helped me find my uber.

The 1st three nights I was in a room with no heat, so they brought me a heater, which didnt help bc it kept blowing cold air out the back. When I called for more blankets they brought me a little heater with a nice blanket that I doubled over me. The lit heater put off such a dry heat i awoke at 2am trouble breathing.
The 2nd night I called the desk 4 times but no one answered. I had another phone which i used and called 45 min after 1st failed call, a man picked up - i pretty sure i woke him, he saud he was in room next to me. He brought me another blanket which wasnt as warm as the 1st. He said the heater that was blowing cold air was bc I was in a corner room catching all the cold??? His English was hard to understand.
I asked if I could get a room that was warm and they had none. Going to toilet was cold, so of course I couldnt shower. It was really cold
The last night I was changed to a room with heat - thank God.

I booked a Queen size bed room during this past winter snow storm. The room was clean as well as the bathroom, bed was very comfortable and it smelled like clean. Breakfast was ok (bagel, fruit, yogurt, waffle machine), but there was no other hot food (eggs or potatoes). Overall, this hotel is worth the money you pay, will recommend it!

The experience at the hotel was quite good i must say. I didn't had much expectations but it was much better. I had some request and they fulfilled it as much as possible. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a bit small and stuffy but it was clean and tidy. There were everything a person might need. Overall it was good. Would love to book them again whenever I'm going to philly again.
The heater of the room was not working properly. It would be better if there were at least one bottle of water in the room. We reached late at night and forgot to buy water and super tired to leave the room late at night just for buying it.
The only thing i would highly recommend to improve will be the breakfast. Please improve the breakfast section.

The staff was generally pleasant, though rather inefficient. The location was close to my appointment.
The first room had no door on the bathroom, so we asked to move. The new room was so tiny we couldn't pass each other without turning sideways. The toilet paper holder was broken, spilling the paper on the floor. There were no hooks for the towels. There was a lot of noise from the street all night long. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable. Breakfast was a joke, with very little offerings. We asked for more tissues, but the staff never gave them to us. There wasn't a single picture on the walls, making the whole place look bleak. There wasn't either a desk or a chair, and we needed to work.

Friendly staff, good location, and they gave their guests free bottles of wine! Despite the limitations of the hotel, the staff went above and beyond.
Rooms were slightly tilted and a little limited - but for what it was, it was great!

It’s close by a bunch of stores and clubs ! There’s a cvs right infront and a variety of choices of food to chose from

The curtains blocked out the sun well.
Ceiling above the shower leaked when you turned it on, breakfast was only muffins & cereal(they charged for bottles of water, no free parking, no central air(window ac),& the mattress was uncomfortable.
