Easy to locate and very clean. Staff was great and very pleasant. I’m an Eagles fan from Connecticut. I stay last weekend 3 days and I will be back this weekend for 2 days

Only thing is I had to ask for a blanket. I wish with it being winter that the blanket was on the bed or in the room.

The lobby was cool and the breakfast we ate at the restaurant was delicious. The wait staff and bartender were very personable and friendly.

There was NO hot water to shower with or in the sink! VERY DISAPPOINTING! The indoor pool was freezing cold so we weren't able to use it which was also a very big let down.

The location is perfect. We were able to walk to the convention center and to restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom needs heat, towel bars, and an exhaust fan.

The breakfast is ordinary. The dinner is worse.The restaurant is no longer a part of the hotel. Not being able to charge the food snd bar bill to the room was inconvenient.

It was so dirty, pool had food floating in the water. There was a family swimming in it and water that got splashed out of it made the floor around it so slippery that you had to walk like you are on ice so you wouldn’t slip. Housekeeper def didn’t clean room well, our mini fridge had an old food in it from previous guests. I kind of felt grossed out by staying there.

Nothing this was a horrible decision.

Two elevators, one was operational then it broke down and had to use the service elevator which was filthy. Doors being slammed after 1am throughout the night.

Location to historic sites

Needed more storage room in bathroom-counter space, hooks to hang toilette bag… Thermostat would only adjust 1 degree down so it was warm. This is why I’m glad I travel with a fan. Also the toilet handle always stuck and had to be reset back to normal position.

The location was perfect for walking to the historical sites and exhibits. The room and halls were spotless! The restaurant server was efficient and friendly.

The upholstery in the booth type seating was full of stains—a lot! It couldn’t be helped that the elevator was being repaired, and I imagine that they also couldn’t do much about the condition of the building we had to go through in order to use the service elevator. Regardless, you could see that housekeeping did all they could to keep supplies organized and clean.
