The suite was large and spacious.
We booked a room with two queen beds which wasn't available during checkout. Therefore we had to accept a king room with a sofa, which wasn't great as a second bed. Also, when we tried to ask for a different room the receptionist started yelling and shouting at us which was very unprofessional and not acceptable. That almost ruined our Thanksgiving evening.

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good.
The grounds were very dingy. The main elevator was broken, so I had to walk to the back of the property to catch another one. The bathroom light kept going out every 2 to 3 minutes while I was in the shower, leaving me in the dark. There was no closet to hang up clothes, and there were no hooks in the bathroom. The water pressure in the shower was terrible, and I kept getting hot and cold water. One of the night clerks was extremely rude to me. Also, I asked for water when I was in the lobby and they told me there was only coffee, and it was luke warm at best.

Location was nice. Loved the property and the rooms are huge suites. I mean easily fit a family of or group of 4 people.
Communication was difficult when trying to reach the front desk. Restaurant was closed and it was Christmas. Would have been nice if it was open.

The lobby looks modern, but everything else about the actual rooms aren’t. Grout in bathroom was peeling off . No breakfast. That’s a separate cost. Parking an extra-unexpected $11 a nigh—shady.

I like the light up pool the seating area was nice what would of made it better was if the night lights worked beautiful decor the candles wasn’t lit. Breakfast was really nice staff nice love the kitchen decor as well.
The shower in the room I was staying in had a mold/dirty stain vents on ceiling was dirty. Vents in elevator was leaking as well. Didn’t like how the candles didn’t light up at the seating area.

Registration and paying for parking is a hassle - why can‘t they just provide a tag to put on your dashboard like other hotels?

I don't like paying for parking, although I was not required to pay due to a handicap person in party. No breakfast buffet - not good. Hard rain required navigating around standing water due to poor drainage.

The room smelled dirty, the bathroom smelled ,for the price was not worth it. I tried calling booking.com to see what we could do about the booking or refund. I talked to a gentleman but got hung up on and couldn't get anyone back on the phone. Double tree moved us to another room, not any better, but we made the best of it after a 7 hour trip Double Tree could help us with a refund because we used Booking.com and couldn't get anyone to help us on your end.

The location was acceptable and relatively convenient.
The hotel provided inconsistent and contradictory invoices and charged me incorrectly with duplicated fees.
After multiple attempts to communicate, the issue was still not resolved by the hotel.
In the end, the problem was only solved through Booking’s advance refund.
I am very disappointed with the hotel’s billing management and overall professionalism.

The receptionist who checked us out was a breath of fresh air. They also offer cookies on arrival, which are an absolute dream. The hotel is five minutes from the airport, which was very convenient.
There was no smart TV, so there was no access to Netflix, YouTube, or Amazon Prime, only local channels, which were unpleasant to watch. There was also no duvet; it was the strangest bed setup I have ever seen. The bathroom was decent, but honestly not up to the standards expected of a Hilton hotel. Tea bags were provided, but there was no kettle. It’s acceptable if you are staying one night before heading to the airport, but it is not suitable for longer stays. I would not recommend it.

Hotel and restaurant staff were very friendly and made an effort to be helpful and friendly. Also, the location as an airport hotel was excellent; providing friendly shuttle service.
Walk over to the Original Market Place restaurant in the office building next door for breakfast or lunch...it's great!
We didn't like the room. While the two room design is fine and spacious, the living room is very unwelcoming and has only one large wall light that is very bright. So because there is no carpet or rug in the living room area, the place has no sound absorption and poor lighting. It's just not a pleasant to spend the end of your day.
Last, I thought the price was too high for what was given, But then...all of the PHX airport hotel are overpriced for what you get.

The open foyer with the pool in the center was amazing. All of the grounds outside were immaculate. Easy access by Light Rail to city
$800.00 dollars in 100 dollar bills was STOLEN by housekeeping when the y pack up my things after i missed my checkout date by a few days. All my things were there except for EVERYTHING in the LOCKED safe in my LOCKED room!
