Check-in was fast. Staff was very friendly and accomondating to my requests. Airport Shuttle was great. Driver was very friendly and helpful with luggage. I had dinner at the Burger Restaurant, food was awesome, but the bartender, was great.

Attention Smokers: This is a 100% smoke free building. If you want to smoke you have to walk outside the secure area to the parking lot and about 20 feet away from the building to be able to smoke or vape.

Location was good and extended stay room layout was comfortable for us.

The staff did not answer the phone and I was left having to come to a lobby that was not busy. Had an issue with VERY loud noise from the room above us and staff responded with “what do you want me to do” and only responded when the General Manager was called. Would stay somewhere else next time.

The room was very spacious. That was our first wow!!! The beds were so comfortable. The towels were very soft and clean. The shower was amazing!! The lobby was great. Loved the pool and the fireplace.

The room was clean but the only thing that we were concern was the bed sheets. They looked and felt clean but saw a couple of spots of red dots. Saw couple of hair in drawers and bathroom floor. The kitchen utensils were stained and the spatula was melted half way. The knives were also spotted with rust. No forks , just one spoon. All the rest was good. If I were to stay more than one night, yes I would want to have clean utensils

The room is big and comfortable. The hotel is pretty, you kind of feel that you are inside of a resort. The distance to the airport really makes it worth it if you are only staying one day. If you want to explore Phoenix I would suggest other neighborhoods.

The shower was not working too well, a low flow of water, leaking…

Centrally located Airport shuttle Accessibility to restaurants Friendly hotel staff and cleaning crew.

Bathroom was dated so area doesn't "appear" clean. Toilet ran loudly for nearly 10 mins after use.

Good to reach and quite central location. The Restaurant is great! (For those who loves homemade Burgers)

The room was directly at the main street, that's why it was very noisy. The breakfast is poor for that price. Way to expensive for that stay. Sorry!

location was good, and the hotel has a pool but I don't use it, they have an airport shuttle for free that is something.

bathroom cleaning is not enough, I don't expect to see hair in the bathroom in such a high-priced hotel. air condition is too noisy and room lighting is not enough.

Clean, quiet, nice onsite restaurant. Will stay here again good location

I was surprised I had to pay for parking at this location. It was not really a high parking demand area. I usually see that there are parking fees in the write up.

It is very easy to.get to where we need to go .

There was a girl who called to us about a fee my dog. She was rude and if we were going to ask us to leave if it's wasn't paid immediately. They overcharged for food and she refused to help.
