Very comfortable, clean, affordable space, and great location with easy access to freeway and surrounding areas. I booked the king size suite, which was actually a room with an extended kitchen space with a full working stove/oven, kitchen table, cupboards, and even some dishes, silverware and cookware. It also included dish soap and drying rack, as well as dish towels and pot holders, which I found to be very convenient. It's the little details...
They have a 10am check out. I work late nights and it's already hard to get checked out by a normal 11am or noon check out that most other places have. I wish they would change this.

Don't hesitate to book this motel. It's a safe place. The towels and sheets were good quality. The location was good because the light rail is right out front with a station a few blocks away. Ride share always found us quickly. It's quiet too. Three nights of good sleep on a comfortable bed is a blessing. The people who are in charge are really nice and friendly. I recommend the motel because it is a good value and very comfortable.

The room was clean & every device was working properly. Apart from the standard fridge & microwave it contained a toaster ( for bread ) , an electric stove & some essential utensils & a pot for cooking ,in case you need them. There's plenty of lights. The wall heater was very efficient, if noisy. All the drains were open. This is a living space for 2 people.
The only problem was late at night : noise from Tri-Met light train, running past midnight; noise from big rigs & large trucks; noise from inconsiderate cars, even with loud music, all playing right in front of your window. You cannot rest properly until after 12.

compared to other motels Ive stayed at, this one is definitely a great one. ive stayed here three years in a row for a specific yearly event my friends and i go to because this hotel has always been wonderful - especially for the price. its clean, never smells, and has a pretty comfortable bed. when you're looking for a place to just get a good nights sleep after a long day, this is the place to go
the bathrooms are a bit small, especially if theres more than one person sharing the room, but its overall fine. its clean and the sink, toilet, and shower always are in good working condition and thats honestly all that matters

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable...good WIFI, and a fridge and microwave. We were allowed an early check in without a hassle. The train that runs by every 20 minutes or so was very little distraction.
The room was small, and the bathroom was very small. There was a plug-in air freshener that smelled worse than what it was trying to hide...no ice and no breakfast, and not really a budget accommodation for the price...

Location, price, size of the room, bed was comfortable, had a good heater, close to the train, felt like a safe area, parking right in front of the room. Oh, and I accidentally booked the wrong night for the room and they called me to check in and then easily changed my reservation for the day I intended.
Shower had the hot and cold backwards, train was a bit loud if you're a light sleeper, they had to change the sheets for us because it looked like there was pet hair, staff was helpful but did seem a little bit annoyed when we asked to change the sheets, ice machine didn't work.

My room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the room was refreshed every day. I didn't spend much time there as i was in town for a family event. It was by far the most reasonably priced room i could find in the area where i needed to be and i will stay there again.
ice maker didn't work. Area around the motel is in transition, looks like it's going up but like much of portland, there were several tents in the neighborhood around the motel and that could make some people feel unsafe.

Beds were decent. Room includes nice TV, fridge, and microwave. Motel is close to public transport and is walkable to many bars, restaurants, and coffee.
Lack of power outlets. None in the bathroom and only outlets in bedroom were used by appliances. Got call from front desk an hour before check out asking me to check out early.

Nice & Clean, well kept, no frills. Older place with some interior updates. Some Good parking. View of a vegetable garden from the back window of the unit I was in.
The biggest drawback for me was the strong smell of air freshener in the room when I walked in. There was a plug in air freshener device that I didn’t see until the 2nd day that I unplugged. Luckily the windows opened & I was able to air it out.
Also noted, It is right next to above ground tram (that could be a plus for people taking public transportation). I will say it was surprisingly quiet during my 2 night stay) but it is not a serene view out the front window if one is looking for that.

I went to the office door 3 times after 3pm sign says open door was locked.
The bed was omg so uncomfortable was less rested when we woke. Bug smeared on the ceiling huge crack in the wall.

Convenient parking, price.
The most unwelcoming, unfriendly people to deal with. I felt like an imposition, rather than a valued customer. The frame of the bed actually hurt me when I sat down and the grounds were junky. I was very surprised given the rating on this site, and felt I had to share so others don't make the same mistake. I won't return, no matter the price.

Cute, boutique motel in a quiet, safe area that has been updated well. Large room, comfortable bed and linens, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Excellent shower pressure and hot water.
Not a complaint, but the shower is an older styled square. All of the other fixtures are updated, but the shower looks outdated. It could easily be updated with a visit from Bath Fitters. The bath WAS squeaky clean, though!
