I liked the location lots of restaurants
The sound did not stay up on the towels and clean sheets we always have to ask. Awesome garbage all over the property, some of the front desk agents from the night crew did not remain professional they disclosed information that should not have been talked about. The security guard doesn't protect the residents

The property seemed very run down. The first room we were given was not clean. The second room smelled of weed. The third room was adequately clean but was not in great shape. There was a lightbulb missing from lamp and the shower looked like it had grey putty in it. No locks on windows.

Liked that it was close to down town Portland
The staff lied to me once they found out I was paying in cash told me I would be able to get a refund in a for of a check that would have to clear if anything happened and when I had to leave a week early for a emergency surgery they refused to refund me the week I wasn’t staying and kept giving me the run around the whole time I was actually there and asked to speak to someone. Also staff looks like they are on stuff and stay hiding half the time or lying about when staff will be available. Room Bed was uncomfortable, room smelled like smoke down to the blanket I had to use my own and tub was falling apart had to buy a mat just to shower me and my kids. No refrigerator or microwave in room have to use a community microwave placed in the lobby and half the time it didn’t work or is being used.

Check-in was convenient.
The bed was very uncomfortable when I woke up in the morning. I was literally sleeping in a hole because the mattress had caved in. There is nothing in the room with regard to a coffee maker or a hot water heater. There were at least some plastic cups for drinking water from the top, there is a refrigeratorr and a microwave. The Wi-Fi was completely ineffective, and I had to turn it off and use the 5G on my telephone.

Looking at the managers beer belly in broad daylight aaahhhhh. The cockroaches the flooding from adjoining rooms there were worms of some sort in our bathroom sink graffetti in my room on walls and dresser. The property looks abandoned dog poop is petrified in grass so u won't smear it all over but you'll definitely step in some! Yeah all in all this is a real nice place a real nice place to stay and don't patronize me by sending me some janky remarks saying oh how can we make this better you can't you can't and I'm going to tell everyone every time I talk to people about this and I'm going to make sure that the health department will be the next people that I talk to about your little guess that you have living in your hotel hopefully they'll treat you with the same compassion you've treated me with Miss Piggy see you real soon love in that picture it's small but that's a cockroach it wasn't small in person I just couldn't get close enough to it

The staff and managers are super messy.
Conflicts with residents and trying to be ahead of each other affects the residents.
They don't expose rules to their people only ones they don't know or like. They give different priority to known ones as well.
There's nothing to like small rooms dirty blood stained floors bathroom toilets over flow water is like warm. Drug stuff under dressers it's just gross and the beds have all different secies

Drugs,bedbugs,dog piss, blood on the sheets, filthy room smh went through at least five rooms before we got one we felt kinda safe falling asleep in with sex trafficking going on outside our room directed by staff we only slept a few hours your hotel/motel has to be the worse in Portland the fact that my money wasn’t refunded after all that is beyond me!
Nothing was worried my car was gonna get broken into the entire stay!

The motel was decent, staff were nice. The motel itself had nothing to do with my poor experience. I cut my stay short and went home early, skipped Thanksgiving.
Less tweakers would have made my stay great. Waking up all hours of the night to what sounded like furniture being moved, or arguing and loud talking. Car doors opening and closing all night. I could have stayed with my parents for free and dealt with this same crap.

It was clean upon arrival. There were no bugs. It was close to my sons home.
The room smelled of stale smoke. I requested housekeeping as I broke a glass and wasn’t sure I got all the slivers picked up. My family was arriving the next day, so I requested more towels. When we came in the next day, no housekeeping had been done and there were no extra towels. I went to office to get towels. Mid way through the week, we asked for housekeeping and clean towels again, but again, didn’t get either. The towels had holes in them. The walls were very thin, and at 0300 we could hear our neighbors talking. I had requested a room facing away from the street while booking and was told there was no problem, but we had a room facing the noisy street. Some woman had taken off her poop filled underpants and left them next to our car, and my grandson almost stepped in it. It was still there when we returned later that evening.

The motel was walking distance from local restaurants, cafes, and convenient stores which made our trip convenient for things that we needed for our stay at the motel. We didn’t speak much with the staff, but they were friendly during the little interaction we did have with them.
Our biggest issue with the motel was that the sink was clogged the entire time. Sharing a small room with 3 adults made brushing our teeth and washing our hands disgusting. The shower was tiny with a cloth shower curtain, making water drip onto the floor every time someone showered. We were only given 2 towels when we booked the room for 3 adults, but we were easily able to get more towels from the receptionist. We had to use one towel to dry the floor, and the bathroom always felt wet which made the entire room feel humid. The key card stopped working after 2 days but the receptionist was able to help us out with that. Regardless, it was a bit disconcerting having to go to the receptionist office late at around midnight to deal with that with drug addicts and homeless walking around the premises.

The morning front desk staff and the bed was pretty decent.
The night staff guy, not only did I have to change rooms because the bathroom lights didn’t work but he moved my room two buildings away. I shouldn’t have to bring my own cleaning supplies is the best way I can describe the cleanliness of the room.

Arrived to check in at around 3:15 front door was locked and office was empty. Called office multiple times and got nothing finally after waiting with 2 0ther people I went and found housekeeping staff about the situation and she didn't know what to do. She came and looked at the office and tried to call someone. After another 15 minutes a staff person arrives.

Was not told of a breakfast. Location is alright. Bathroom dirty. Bed very uncomfortable. Heat felt like Air even tho it was turned all the way up. And air felt hit. Could not sleep because parents and kids yelling and banging all night non stop. It was a waste of money for the no comfort .proper air or heat and no peace. I won't go there again unless it's a last option and needed it with no other choices unless I am given a free night or 2 to make up for the quiet night away we wanted and spend alot of cash to get that and very disappointed.
