I was upgraded without charge to a very comfortable room. There was lots of light around the outside when I walked my dog. Staff was friendly. McDonalds, Starbucks, & at least 3 restaurants were within walking distance. Access from and to I-5 was super easy. And it was a great value!
One of major signs was not lit fully. There were no poop bags available and if you allow pets that's a pretty simple accommodation to make. I suggested some just outside the front door where people who are staying there go in and out.

We weren’t expecting much for the price but were very pleasantly surprised!! Room was much better and updated compared to the pictures (I think pictures need to be updated). Room was also very clean and bed was very comfortable. Ac worked great also. Check in time is early compared to other places was convenient and we easily got a late check out which was so nice not having to rush out after accidentally sleeping in! Overall really happy with our experience and would definitely stay again!

Nice location surrounded by lots of shops, restaurants, gas station. Room was a nice size.
My room smelled very musty but ok after airing out a bit. The doors slammed shut behind you very loud. Small television and furniture seemed cheap or old. Maybe both.

The room smelled like cigarettes. The fridge was dirty and the tub had random hairs in it. The whole place needs work but it has potential. Also online it said it had a pool and upon arrival I was told there was no pool Also no breakfast.

The location was great, close to downtown and everything else on our to-do list. It was a first time in Oregon. Jacuzzi in room was fun, we used it every night :) Sunday evening guy at front desk around 9pm was very sweet and polite.
Our room 308 was dirty, fridge had literal food in it?? There were wrappers from previous guest and even a set of keys under the couch. Tissue paper stuffed in peephole and in the smoke alarm. Room was obviously not cleaned well. Had a lingering awful scent that smacked us in the face everytime we walked inside. Only 3 flat pillows for the king size bed. Also man at the front desk our first night got mad at my bf for getting locked outside, huffed and sighed and rolled his eyes.. sorry we interrupted your book. We are frequent travelers and I’ll put this at the bottom of our list of hotels we’ve ever stayed at.

The room actually cost LESS that on our previous stay (2019) when this was the Hospitality Inn, and the facilities were actually better.
Breakfast would have been nice, though the coffee is good.

This is a former motel, recently franchised by Motel 6 under this new brand.
The furniture is old and worn out but the rooms are large and nice.
Hope they will refurbish everything, the concept is nice.

Being on the 3rd floor was a bit inconvenient with a dog. Very loud heating/ cooling unit. The water pressure for the shower was really bad.

stayed almost a week the rates kept going up and up . There was dirty used towels in the bathroom when we arrived, there was less then 5 guest in the hotel the entire time, we were told to park on the side building were no cameras are and not secure, after the 4 nights I was being charged a pet rate $20 daily for a 8lbs dog no other Motel 6 or studio ever charged. I locked my self out of my room 2 times and got a new key always returning it so I didn't have extras, I was told I am being charged if it happens again. Its bring your little kids to work daily. Some one living there got kicked out and had all their stuff in the stairway, was told they are being audit at any time and every one seemed on edge yet the place was never cleaned. I got super sick while there trouble breathing and coughing all night night long and very stuffed up I have very low white blood cells and if I get sick it not good for me so I am very cautious.
after the rates doubled I decided to checked out since the manager had no discount rates or deals to offer. being newly opened I thought that was odd, while getting my stuff packed up I moved the floating furniture around to find the walls covered in thick fuzzy multicolored mold, same with couch, the same wall were the couch I sat on daily to work was up against same with my bed. I told the manager and she freaked out talking in Spanish and all of a sudden became nice to me for once. Then she said she will talk to her manger about getting a discount for another stay and I said as long as it is not here. she said they will call me. wasn't going to leave a review but now being 15 days ago and no word from them I am writing a review as I am still struggling to breathe and still no call or email in regards to every thing I mentioned to the front desk while staying here.

There was no breakfast service. I did like the coffee in the room. It was good.
There was no housekeeping. I had to put towels and wastepaper basket outside the room if I wanted them removed. But the towels were not replaced. The coils of the bed were obviously ol d. Every time I moved they were very noisy.

Pets stay for cheap.
Rooms very hot upon arrival. Advertised a pool but it’s really a small hot tub only. Makes a big difference with kids. Room only had a bar of soap. Bring your own pillows. 6am door slamming by the cleaners. I know this because it was the cleaning supply closet door that I kept hearing slam close.
