I loved that it had the 24 hour market attached. My flight had been delayed so I got in after midnight. When I got to my room I found out I forgot to pack my charger. I was able to go downstairs and through the hall to the market! The gentleman working was helpful and kind!

Comfortable beds, ckean room, very pleasant and helpful staff when I asked for an extra blanket for my adult son who fell asleep on top of the covers, enormous breakfast with very good service and $8 per person coupon (or free fir certain meals -also enormous).
Hvac fan kept shutting off even though I set it on continuous fan.

We liked having a convenience store and not even having to go outside for it. The breakfast was a good value and the pancakes were good! Our little family had a good stay and the room was big enough to keep our 3 year old and 8 month old entertained and have enough room to play.
Just a comment, it would be great to be able to use food voucher at the deli but other than that everything was fine.

I was warmly welcomed and checked in quickly. The room was great and I got a wonderful nights sleep.
They shouldve wasnt working, but they provided a free Uber from the airport and then back to the airport. Wonderful!
Really wasnt much I didnt like. I guess I wouldve liked some more comfortable chairs in the lobby or elsewhere.

Super clean and warm. Breakfast options were very nice. The shower was fine. Just an overnight stay. We didn't use the TV.
Our room was on the side of the filling station. Trucks started up around 3am, so it was noisy. The heating system worked well but was also kind of noisy when it went on and off.

The staff were amazing! I wish I would've gotten her name, but the young woman at the front desk with the black and blue hair was so phenomenally patient. The location was ideal for the event I was attending, and having the all of the other businesses built into the building was very convenient.
The main reason I chose this hotel over another that I was considering was because the pictures showed rooms with large jacuzzi tubs. The rooms did not have a jacuzzi tub, just a shower/tub combo. Also, the bed was hard and uncomfortable.

The hotel has amenities like multiple choices to eat and the gas. Was pet friendly except people didn't pick up after their pets but most guests are truckers.
Unfortunately there was a water leak on our floor and had to tell staff the issue. They handled it immediately. Hope it's fixed before our next stay because we will come back.

I liked that it was a dog friendly place. Staff was friendly, room was in good order, clean - nothing to comment here. Convenient parking and plenty of amenities.
For a dog friendly place, I was surprised to see no dog bowls in the lobby or outside of the property. Additionally, if the dog isn't a service dog, an additional fee needs to be paid - which I don't find reasonable.

All the amenities! Super helpful, sweet staff. I came in very late and they got me an Uber w/o chargeover and above! I didnt know what to expect, as its a truck stop, and I was a single female. I felt super safe and the very nice breakfast was a bonus also! Id stay there again in a heartbeat!

Super convenient! Had a nice restaurant and bar on site. 24hr convenience store, a little movie theatre, deli, great complimentary breakfast like a mini mall under the hotel. Staff were super nice! The waitress we had a couple times at the Cascade Grill was amazing and so friendly! Just a once stop shop for everything.
I wish they had a coffee shop in there.

Wonderful details like a book exchange, a jigsaw puzzle, and trivia games. Room itself very comfortable, very good coffee and toiletries, excellent pillows, quietly efficient air con.
All great, if I had to be critical they have a policy that both guests have to be present to get the free breakfast, if one person wakes up early and goes down to breakfast then the other person is out of luck. Next time Ill know better, and I will be back

Breakfast was fine if you opted for one of the "free" meals. We opted to apply the $8 value to another meal, which was grossly overpriced. Eggs for nearly $20. Should have been priced under $12.
Location was commercial/warehouse district. I had hopes that we could walk to Portland metro, which was not possible. The drive in was easy enough, but then we had to deal with parking.

The handicapped accessible room was very clean. Staff was accommodating arranging pick up from airport and return to airport. Breakfast was a voucher to be used in an onsite restaurant. Food was good.
There was nowhere to hang up a jacket or anything. I can see room arrangement wouldn't allow a closet. Maybe a few clothes hooks would help.

Clean and renovated rooms, helpful staff.
Breakfast is far from the advertised "wonderful", a few very limited / pre-selected options on daily vouchers that need to taken every morning to a close by restaurant. Even the restaurant staff don't seem happy about the deal they have with the hotel. Location is not very pleasant with a lot of trucks and warehouses around. Low water pressure in the bathroom / shower

Easy access to I -5, clean, comfortable beds nice TV with lots of channels. We stayed for 1 night as we had appointments at OHSU the next day. They allowed us a later check out 12:30 and that was appreciated.
Noisy, as it is next to I-5 and it is next door to Jubitz Truck stop. If we stay again we will ask for a room on the other side of the building.
