Location was great, nice young lady at office. I didn’t know it was being remodeled so all hallways and elevator stair windows around the inside of building being remodeled. Room was done but needed more deep cleaning

No major complains just maybe more deep cleaning. Saw dust here and there. Shower not perfectly clean. It should be scrubbed and rinsed I’ve seen cleaner restrooms and rooms.

There was nothing good about this property. It was a mess feels on the window were nonexistent. The water came to the room overnight during the storm.

The staff was not helpful. The manager is not helpful. The accommodations were horrible, and I would never recommend someone to stay here. After trying to discuss all the problems that happened during my son’s stay the manager agreed to send a refund request back to Booking.com for this stay but never did and now the manager has blocked my phone number and won’t return my calls.

The property was convient. Check in took about 30 mins because no one was at the desk. The rooms are nice. We reserved a king suite and what was supposed to be a double queen bed that we didn’t not receive so one of the guests had to sleep on the floor on the 3rd day which was unacceptable. When we asked the front desk about it, they stated we would have to pay extra and we wasn’t about to do that. We had paid for a double room from the start. No room service on the 3rd day as promised. They are still renovating the property which was fine. It was okay for the price.

We didn’t receive the room we reserved and a guests had to sleep on the floor.

Comfy fair price and good location

No pool they are remodeling..wasn’t expecting the pool to be closed, the breakfast lacks not many options.. they only had coffee to drink. My room had no coffee machine like I was told it would. The water was shut off with no notice and there was no hot water in my room… and maybe just by accident there was a dirty rag on the floor when I walked in everything else looked clean

I wanted to share some concerns regarding our recent stay. It appeared that the room may have been remodeled or worked on just before we arrived, as there was dust all over the counters and throughout the bathroom. The floors were dirty, and the bathroom itself was not properly cleaned, including the toilet and bathtub. Additionally, even the cups provided for coffee were dirty. After bringing this to the staff’s attention, I expected the room would be properly cleaned before our second night. Unfortunately, when we returned, everything remained the same and had not been cleaned. I wanted to bring this to your attention, as it did not meet the level of cleanliness we expected. It has potential by nothing was resolved, Thank you.

Thats its being remodel just not ready to stay

Hotel employee at the front desk was nice, the room was clean. Location was good.

They failed to get extra pillows for my room. The third time I had to ask I waited and took them myself. The a/c front fell off. No phone to call front desk. The worst part was NO HOT WATER for our entire stay. I shower daily! Worst stay ever!
