Very clean, modern, great customer service and great location for Seaworld.

The only thing that was wrong was that my tub was stopped up so when you take a shower the water wasn't draining like it's suppose to.

Breakfast was affordable and the staff were excellent.

The hot tub did not work for the duration of our stay, it was cold, the towels were not stocked when we went to the pool area. As well there was not a fan in our restroom which made it humid in the bathroom for a long time.

The beds were nice, staff was nice.

It was extremely busy with an event when we arrived at 10pm. Also, we were put on the 6th floor and it was so hot in the hallways. I did not understand or like the fact we needed to keep our key in the slot inside to turn the lights on. I do not understand that. The TV was extremely outdated, had no guide on the TV and was hard to watch.

The breakfast buffet was good and provided value. I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel had pool tables as an entertainment option.

The staffing at the breakfast buffet was a little busy so maybe a little more waiters/waitress staff would be more beneficial to customer experience.

Staff was very friendly. No issues with the room at all with very comfy beds and pillows.

I would only suggest better vending selection and that is a very minor inconvenience. More sugar free options including energy drinks. I will definitely be staying here again my next trip.

Easy to get to, good location.

The room was dirty, specifically the floor/carpet. The bedspread had a booger stuck on it, the bed was blown out and uncomfortable. The room also smelled of mildew or dank air.
