The hotel location was absolutely perfect for what our plans were. The amenities were great, we all really enjoyed the pool. And the front desk person when we checked it was so helpful and so nice!
The elevators and the area theyre in are rather small so if people are coming out and youre trying to go in it causes a bit of a problem.

This hotel was great. The rooms were clean and spacious. The best thing about the stay was the staff. Everyone had cheerful, positive attitudes and were happy to assist.
The location was great. It's within a walking distance from the Riverwalk and other attractions and restaurants.
The parking was a bit confusing. They have the surface lot and an extension lot right next to a paid parking lot. We were charged 8.99 because we accidentally drove into the paid lot thinking it was the extension lot. Luckily we drive right back out and went to the correct lot.

I like how polite the staff where upon my arrival. We did have to wait between 10-15 minutes before someone came to check us in, but when he arrived, he was polite.
I didn't like the cleanliness of the room. If the bathroom and room had been cleaner, this hotel would have received five stars. Our Bath towels had stains on the them, the bathroom was not cleaned, and it had me second guessing the cleanliness of the sheets.

When me and my partner were about to use the facility microwave slash oven. To make dinner, we had pulled a drawer, and inside the drawer was a sextoy out of the box. And left in a very visible spot. I was so disgusted by that I wanted to leave but was told I would get a free night as they would refund ones day. I've yet to hear if that was confirmed or not by staff and management

We did not like that we had to pay for parking --bummer!! After check in, we settled in our room and found empty bottles of water behind the night stand and our top sheets to our bed had make up from a previous guest's stay.

I didn't like the fact that breakfast is only from 7-9. Other places have it until 10am. Also checkout time is at 11, other places are at 12. Also when I get here, they charge me an extra $56 for parking!!! Why didn't they tell me that when I booked the hotel? Room was hot when we got here and took hours to cool.

The Breakfast should have been provided at 5 am because there are a lot of families there to support their love ones that are graduating. We have to leave a little earlier than usual to make it to The Base on time. Also the room that was selected for me from the front desk was damaged. The door plate was missing in room 214. Also as I approached my and proceeded to open it; the door was already cracked open. I immediately went back to the front desk for a refund because I was afraid to even ask for another room. All I could think of was sex trafficking because the door plate was missing and it could be closed. WE MADE IT TO THE HOTEL AROUND 11:30 PM that night! That made me have to room with another family member.

Handicap parking was limited and the lot was full. I traveled with my elderly parents, one in a wheelchair and there was limited parking. I think there should be no fee for parking.

I enjoyed the courtesy of professionalism of the staff and their efforts to accommodate or meet my needs.
The breakfast buffet appear to be a bit of chaotic mess with food on the counters and Floors, liquid on the floor as well. The egg container was empty and there was no attempt to replenish the eggs. I know it was a busy weekend with different events going on however this is unacceptable. And all my other stays at these hotels I've never had this kind of experience with the breakfast buffets.
