The cleaners had done a good job but the building and surrounds are very scruffy.

Had many issues, room had stains on the wall. Had only one towel when arrived. Blow dryer did not work. Woke up with bite marks on my body. Did not have them before I went to sleep.

The location of the establishment couldn't have been better. The room was as described on the booking platform and was enough for my wife and I and what we needed for our travel purposes.
I only have one drawback to the booming for the entire trip. I booked a month ahead of time and the transaction was flawless. When we arrived less than a week ago, the weather was still warm. We arrived in the evening after a 6 hour drive, just wanting to unwind and lay down. After checking in and getting out room assignment and room key, we unpacked our luggage and went to the room. Once we got inside the room, it was extremely hot so we turned the fan on and tried to turn the air conditioner on only to find out the air conditioner dint work. After trying several times to get it turned on, we called the front desk. Once we spoke to the front desk associate and told her the issue, she told us that we were in the one room with the broken a/c to which we asked her if there was another room we could switch to. She seemingly had zero affect and replied by telling us they were completely sold out. After asking her if there was another option and a pause she did offer to have some extra fans brought to our room.
There was a solution that was offered after we seemed to pry it out of her, but that was the only downside to our stay.

The location is right off the beach so access is great. Limited parking but we had a good parking spot. Public bathroom across the street but not a problem. Room was quiet even though there was a lot of pedestrian traffic. Property was well maintained.
The room was large enough to have more than one chair. One chair for two people was a little inconvenient.

Parking was tricky, the booking site did not mention that u need to go to another property for checkin, or for the pool. No bathmat or hand towels , the room was hard to darken due to lights outside and having shutters. Carpet needs a clean.

Booked a 2 queen bedroom. Once I arrived there I was upset that I had to go to sister hotel for check in. Then had to park and walk to other location. I get it parking is tight at beach. But main problem after going back and fourth the room i received was only a 1 bedroom queen not 2. Contacted hotel they said it was booking.coms fault and they couldn't do anything do to them being fully booked. I made the hotel work because we had no choice but was never refunded for paying for higher tier room. Very unhappy with both party's and how they have handled this.

I didn’t really dislike anything. It is an older property so the rooms are little dated and if you need certain things like ice or to go to the pool you have to go to the sister hotels. But! The hotels are all walking distance so it’s not bad at all.

It was nice the hotel was right on the beach so we could park and just walk to everything
Staff when we checked in made a comment how we overpaid because we used booking.com said we could have saved almost half if we booked through them. Left a bad taste in my mouth… no housekeeping, we only had 2 towels in our room to use. Parking is horrible good luck getting a spot there’s about 2 available for the whole hotel. This stressed us out. Our tv didn’t work. You can hear everything, people talking outside stomping above. My husband and I felt like we just had to suck it up to get through the weekend

The location was terrific.
The Hotel itself worn out. We had to check in at an adjacent hotel and it was not clear nor friendly how to get what we needed. For example we were a party of 4 - there were 3 forks, 3 cups. 3 plates. Altho the kitchen had a sink, microwave & stove top there wasn't a sponge or a tea towel. There was an outside space but it was communal and there was but one outdoor chair. Would not recommend nor go back.

It was comfortable and spacious
When I arrived there was a sign on the reception door saying the reception was closed and you have to check in at a different address, so I had to walk with all my bags to this to check in which really wasn’t a nice arrival. There was no advance notice of this otherwise I would of got the Uber to the other address. Also the ceiling is really poorly sound proofed and I could hear all the foot steps from the room above which meant I slept really bad and it ruined the overall stay

location only was nice, everything else was not worth the Price I paid to stay there. It was a rip off!!
The bathroom smelled like a whole can of bug killer was sprayed and I couldn't tolerate the smell, it was SO BAD!!!
The guests next to were so loud all night long, didn't get much sleep at all. I will never go back there again.

I was a little confused at first because the front desk was not on property. We had to walk around the corner. They did not leave us wash clothes and only had one silver of soap. I called about the TV and they said I had to wait an hour because they did not have maintenance available.

The standard room with kitchen was recently upgraded and was very comfortable. The kitchen was roomy and the bathroom was quite large and great shower. The kitchen had basic utensils and cookware, however did not have a toaster or dishtowel. The beachfront location was excellent and there were so many shops, restaurants, bars etc within walking distance that our days were filled with the beach activities. Loved the stay and will come again.
