Very close to SeaWorld, and other attractions.

The ability to get to the lobby, we had to go around the property to get to the lobby. Other than that, it was a pleasure staying in this hotel.

Location of the property was convenient to access various areas within San Diego. Overall the price was reasonable considering we couldn't book until a week prior. It's nothing fancy, but was a good enough place for us to stay. Checkin was easy and the staff was friendly.

The rooms and property were fair given the price, but fairly dated and could probably use a deep clean/freshen up. If you show up later parking did get a little tight, but ultimately it was fine for us.

Unfortunately there is little to like. I will say the bed was comfortable, the room was clean and TV channels were plenty and easy to access. Check-in went easy and the person behind the counter was very helpful even though initially he charged us wrong.

The location was very disappointing, nothing like the online pictures showed. The whole hotel was dated, aged and painted over quickly. The breakfast was literally horrible, the choices very few and it was impossible to get anything with everyone else in that small room.

The front desk staff was excellent, especially the receptionist, who was extremely friendly and attentive. I ran into her several times in the hallways, and she always asked if everything was going well, which I really appreciated. The area around the hotel is very safe and beautiful, and the nearby marina is impressive and pleasant to walk around. The room served its purpose perfectly for a comfortable night’s rest, and when we requested housekeeping, they did a very good job. Overall, the service and the location made for a very positive experience.

The breakfast was quite limited, offering only coffee, a piece of fruit, bread, and hard-boiled eggs, which could definitely be improved. The location of our room was also inconvenient, as it was in a separate area of the hotel and required crossing the pool through a gate that was very hard to open. I understand that, given the price we paid, it wasn’t the best room, but the setup did affect the overall comfort of the stay.

Probably the location of the property that has nothing to do with the property itself

I stayed here for one night, and it was honestly one of the most uncomfortable hotel experiences I’ve had. For $250 a night, the room was damp with a dirty floor and no carpet, and the lighting was very poor. The walls were extremely thin, doors closing in neighboring rooms were enough to wake me up. There were no windows, and absolutely no natural light coming to the room. The sofa bed made loud spring noises, and everything felt outdated and poorly maintained. The breakfast was terrible, mostly prepackaged items with little variety. Reviews claiming it’s value for money are completely misleading. There’s also no smart TV, and parking is just on the street, which feels very exposed. I didn’t feel safe at all during the stay. Overall, this place is massively overpriced for what it offers, and I’m relieved I only booked one night.

Carpet in the hallway needs to be tacked down, some flooring in the room could be better secured.

Staff and Location! Able to open window for fresh morning air. Great Television. Plug by beds. Great to have fridge and microwave in room. Bed mattress very comfortable. Free Parking. Wifi

Noisy above, from room above. I could easily here people walking and thumping from room above. Mold behind toilet on lower end on bathtub side, desk shade broken and cracked. Desk chair broken. Very bright light shining in window all night, the light spread out and not just down. Base boards very dirty. Cigarette burn on the tub. The the thin medal base around the bed, below mattress to floor, made a very loud echoey noise if bumped slightly(poor design choice)

What id like about the area i had no issues because no matter where we are in San Diego the scenery is always perfection !

What i didn't like was i stayed a whole 4 days with the amount of money spent to stay which was no problem BUT i didn't notice housekeeping at all in my room to clean or trash out or even give fresh towels daily or at all let it be known they were there in my room to clean sweep mop or anything that was the main down fall at this place other hotels I've stayed did the accommodation.

Property was okay and a few miles from central downtown. Had good restaurants within walking distance from this property. Love how this property was able to hold our luggages the day of check-in before check-in time. Love how the bed were so comfortable that I was able to fall asleep quickly than usual.

Property knows I booked a room for 4 people but only received three towels. Whenever we shower, it appears that part of the ceiling was sprinkling water so probably there’s a leak somewhere. Housekeeping did not do a good job of cleaning thoroughly since one of the lampshade still had fingerprints and dusts on it. Hot breakfast only consisted of toast, oatmeal, and waffles.
