We booked because it’s close to downtown.
The room smelled like urine. It was awful. I went to the front to get another room. The only one available she showed me didn’t have the AC on and it was sweltering hot. And also didn’t smell much better. The solution was to give me febreeze. I wanted my money back.
There was black mold on the patio floor where the ac was draining.
The room hasn’t been updated since the 1970’s. It was very unsightly.

The room was a non smoking room but really smelled of smoke. There was hardly any toilet roll when we arrived. The place had a gernerally dirty appearance and was a bit grubby grubby all round.

Super cute in a campy way. Very mid 70’s Florida. Traditional Motel 6, concrete bunker style architecture but you can tell a family owns and maintains it, cute pool with furniture and effort was made everywhere to keep it clean and it feels homey. The breakfast is an absolute study in economical feeding of humans.
Spend the extra 15 bucks and get a balcony with a pool view, it makes for a very peaceful stay

It's right next to place to eat
Staff is very rude... It's not a 24/7 front desk after 8pm they lock the main office then you have to call the hotels number and someone will come. I believe the staff lives at the hotel. Also the hotel is very outdated and needs renovation.

I choose the room based on price and location. I paid $25-30/day less than other chains. There is Publix market 100' away. Parking was good. The room was clean. AC, TV, and internet worked well. The shower was hot enough and drained well. The bed/bedding was good. The drapes could block out outside light. The staff was uniformly pleasant and helpful.
No elevator or dumb waiter to get heavy bags to the second floor. There were enough floor bugs that I noticed. Maybe the heavy rains drove them in from the outside. The towels are smaller than average and very very thin due to wear. The breakfast is very limited. Not a big issue with me as I seldom eat hotel breakfast. Enough coffee for me.

Absolutely nothing. It was a nightmare the only reason I stayed was due to the hurricane and we needed to leave our beach rental
Everything was horrible. The bed was on some kind of metal base that made horrible noises. The room was dimmly lit so it was very creepy looking. The ac was turned off so u walked into a dark hot room that smelled old and musty. The furniture was pool chirs. The sink as soon as u walked in the room looked like it was never cleaned there were stains and dust Heading into the bathroom there were stains on the wall that I don’t even want to imagine what it could have been. The tub looked like it was never cleansed mildew all over the the tub and tiles there was a spider inside the tub. Going to the bed I sat on the bed the entire 9 hrs i was there There was no way I was going to lay down on the bed that looked like the linens were not changed from the last guest. The sheets looked like it was from the 80’s. There were cigarette burns in the blankets. Everything about this place needs to be inspected. I wish the owners would take pride in the upkeep. Even tho it’s not a big chain at least clean the property. I would never recommend this place. I wish my experience was a bit more pleasant there would have been things I would have overlooked but there was not one positive thing I could say about my 9 hr stay at this place.

We walked in and were immediately hit by a very strong urine smell, the refrigerator did not get cold, there were cobwebs in each corner of the room, there was no hot water to take a shower in, something was wrong with the TV and of course the pool was closed for "maintenance".

The hotel itself and the rooms were really not as expected. Room smelled and overall a price of at max. USD 25 per night would be appropriate for the rooms and hotel.

We were very close to our friends and family. Parking was super convenient. Staff was awesome. Have to remember everyone is still scrambling to recover from hurricane/water damage. We could walk across the street to a Publix and other chain restaurants.
No handicap access. I am disabled with back injury. This was a Booking.com problem. Had to climb 14 stairs to our room. Be sure to call the facility to verify 1st floor access. Staff will help the best they can.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The property was quiet and had access to sidewalks so I could have a good morning run. The woman at the front desk was friendly and checked me in efficiently.
The property was damaged from the last hurricane so it was undergoing some renovations. The building is older so if you’re expecting the Hilton you will be disappointed.

We liked absolutely nothing about this property. It was nasty, water smelled like sulfur, no air in the hallways. Everything was horrible. The staff was very rude.
The whole place needed either completely renovated or torn down completely. Towels and hallway were missing no air in the hallway. The sliding door for the balcony looked like it had not been cleaned in years. The pool was green. There is nothing that I can say positive about this property Water smell like sulfur. You could not even brush your teeth or take a shower.
