The location was great. I never used any of the facilities so I cant rate them.

The room was dirty especially the bathroom. There was hair on the walls & floor. We would not stay there again & we would not recommend it to other travelers. And most of the time there was nobody at the front desk.

If I could give this hotel 100 stars ?? I would. The staff was extremely accommodating, the hotel is in a great location and the amenities surpassed our expectations. The fire pit and pool were beautiful. I will definitely be back and tell all my friends.

Staff was great. Loved I could ck in online before we got there. Upon arrival it was really easy to get room key, etc. Super friendly and helpful finding dining. We ended up at a great restaurant for dinner. Easy to get in and out of the hotel. Loved the shower stall (instead of tub)!

For a one night stay can't say there was anything we ran across.

The hotel experienced IT issues due to the global outage that had recently occurred, so my reservation was not in their system. The manager on duty found a workaround and got us into our room in no time. The staff was friendly and the hotel was nice and clean.

Due to the IT issue, the bistro/ bar only accepted cash or room charges. I understood that was out of their control. One bed in the room was a little too cushy for comfort. My husband and I sank into the middle. Besides the natural light, the room was a bit dim.
