The refrigerator was broken . The replacement was not much better. There was no freezer available . We asked if some of our items that needed a freezer could be stored overnight in pantry. Manager said no. The room was dingy, old and not updated. There were NO USB plugs for charging.

Fixtures & furnishings are dated, the shower is really dated, showe head was awkward, difficult to wash long hair, the shower head & faucet dripped for many hours after use. Denise at check in was very welcoming, friendly and accommodating.

Thin walls and lots of noise. I was traveling/driving back home to NJ and needed to get a good nights sleep. I ended up getting about an hour and a half sleep and checked out at 11pm and started my travel home through the night.

I loved that they have clean hygiene (shampoo, conditioner and lotion) products! I am no longer using products with phthalates, and was thrilled to see Hilton has also done away with them. I also loved being able to take a hot bath after a long day on the road, and have excellent Wifi. The facilities (gym) were excellent, and I felt very comfortable.

There was a charge for water. This made me wonder what I would be charged for, so I didn't even use the coffee machine in the room.

The hotel was lovely. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room appeared clean. We had a nice dinner in the restaurant.

The pillows are awful. They give no support and completely collapse with any weight. I really didn't like the cockroaches that crawly down my headboard and across my Yeti in the night. I especially didn't like having to pack my bags and change rooms in my pajamas. And I didn't like the fact that they promised to comp part of my room price and that never happened.

Friendly and helpful staff…

…which is good because we had to switch rooms three times. The air conditioning in the first room didn’t work which is a non-starter in Savannah, Georgia in mid-June. The second room had an overwhelming urine smell (pet friendly hotel). The third room was good. We paid in advance with total cost to cancel. If the third room wasn’t available we would have been out of luck. In addition, the noise from the interstate was ever present but we got used to it.
