The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and helpful, also welcoming and friendly.
Part of the splashpad wasn't working for my kids were a little disappointed and also my daughter wasn't able to go on the slide as she was just under the height requirement but a strong swimmer.

The staff of whom I would like to say, Jason and Brock were not only very nice and educational, very accommodating, as well.Love them two!
The remote controls for the tv in room 205 bldg 13 were confusing and old. Should have more options for children on TV channels. Some of the kiddie pool slides not working as well as some of the sprayers.

The size of the room, fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. I appreciated making my own breakfast with a small store onsite. Staff in the restaurant and store were amazing. It was just across the road from the Fairmont where my conference was held.
Some of the front desk staff were not as helpful or friendly as they could have been. The guys that were there when I checked-in were great but I was denied a one hour late check-out which I didn't appreciate, as I saw that the cleaners did not go into until after 11am anyway. I think they could have been a little more accommodating. Not many restaurants in the area.

They knew we had bags and put us on the second floor without any assistance and when asked they said there is a long wait time.

The layout for the villa was perfect for our need. The grounds are well maintained and very comfortable.
The jacuzzi at one of the pools was cold no heat. Swifters would be nice since they don’t offer housekeeping during your stay.

Very big, lots of pools to choose from, cute little grab n’ go market and on site restaurant. The best was the Activity Center filled with entertainment for kids! Our 3 year old loves the daily crafts and games and the staff were so friendly!
The kid pool was a bit run-down and the slide was broken.

We enjoyed the mini water park and the activities center. They had so many crafts and other fun things happening daily.
The location was such that we had to rent an Uber if we wanted to leave the property. There was little to do/see within walking distance except at another hotel nearby.

Very clean, roomy 2 bedroom unit. Larger than expected. Clean furniture, clean kitchen, very clean bathrooms. Bed was perhaps the most comfortable experienced in a long time. Staff at the front desk were friendly & helpful. Nice neighborhood streets for walking.
There really isn't much in the immediate area other than other resorts & condos. Very limited dining options, almost nothing. The resort has a small restaurant / store on site...but limited offerings.

Plenty of pools and activities for kids. Especially liked that the kids crafts were reasonably priced!
Only one problem we encountered and that was with the restaurant. It took almost 50 minutes to get and order of chicken tenders and two tacos. And when we did the food was cold.

The location was amazing, the facilities were wonderful. Food was good , staff were personable, welcoming and helpful.
Only issue was advertising “breakfast included”. You had to go to the coffee stand to order, service was somewhat slow and we were designated $30 dollars a day for 3 adults and 2 children. That amount would cover maybe 2. So we only ate breakfast there one day. The only plus to that is that you could use it for snacks and coffee as well.

Roomy, each room had its own bathroom, It was clean. We got extra towels when we needed them. There were a variety of pools and there was a fun activity center. Although there were renovations going on like an improvement in the parking lot, communication was very good. We thought it was an excellent value for our money.
The locks on the bathroom doors didn't really work and the kiddie pool was functional but in disrepair... it was old. The kids didn't mind but it didn't look so great.

The property is clean and beautifully landscaped. Pools are scattered throughout and there was sun and shade with lots of chairs. Our 2 bedroom suite was huge. Stocked very well and very clean and comfortable!
The restaurant situation was terrible. They were short staffed so waits were long. The food was good except for Taco Tuesday-very skimpy.
Breakfast was a nightmare. There is no FREE breakfast. You have to go to the on-site marketplace to order. Again, there was only one worker (very nice but overwhelmed) who did everything.

The pool was nice and the room was large and very clean.
The time share pitch requirement or paying a 75 dollar fee. The 30 minute check in process to talk about the time share meeting and the expectation to go to a 90 minute meeting when the trip was meant for vacation activities.

Upon arriving to the resort we were given a room on the second floor and after unpacking and getting ready to relax from our drive, we heard loud running and jumping above us. I called the front desk and I didn't get the young man's name, but he was so very helpful and empathetic to my request to be moved to another room. When I came to the front desk to return the keys he was going to move us on yhe same building on the top floor but I requested yo be moved to another building and he without any hesitation accommodated me. That was our first visit to Scotsdale, AZ and we really enjoyed ourselves. Thank you kindly.
May I suggest adding a small hand mixer to the kitchen appliances. I have arthritis in my hands and the risk or spoons are hard to use. I also wish the slide hours were extended. May you also consider giving discounts or coupons for local attractions. Thank you, kindly.
