Such a fun and unique property! Upscale retro. I would stay here again for sure.
Hard to understand where to park without using valet. Should turn on the strings of lights between the back buildings at night - it’s pretty dark over there.

Was my second stay. Outstanding experience, we’ve seen a lot of 5 star places around the world. Kids said this is one of the very best ones, and this is “only 4 star”, but it has sooo much more. I do recommend staying in the suite with kitchen and washing Maschine. It does make a difference when travelling with kids and it gives you a bit more space as well. There are options connecting to another room instead of having a rollaway bed. For us, the suite with rollaway was enough to fit beds, 5 big suitcases and 4 pieces of hand luggage. Yes, it does look wild! Pool area super nice, very friendly service (Alex is amazing), front desk always friendly, professional and helpful. Concierge and parking always nice, friendly and super professional. Convenient store in house with incredible pricing for a hotel. Big big bottle of Fiji water 4 dollar, half bottle of champagne (Laurent Perrier) 40 Dollars - might sound strange, but if you compare prices around states and hotels, this is super fair!!!! In Walking distance to Old town, Fashion mall and many more.

Our room was upgraded to the tower and we had a phenomenal view of the pool and city. The rooms are lovely. The landscaping beautiful. Restaurant Zuzu is great.
Hot tub not hot and not appealing. Lap pool wasn’t heated enough. But the Smart TV/streaming situation was TERRIBLE! Only very basic cable. Google connecter to apps never worked (two techs came out to try and fix and couldn’t). We bought a Firestick and that didn’t work well because the internet was so weak. Do not think you’ll see your sports or your favorite series.

Within walking distance of Old Town but in a quiet area. I was upgraded to a tower suite, which is huge and has a full kitchen and enormous bathroom, with great seating and a big terrace that is shaded in the afternoon. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.
Skip the expensive breakfast and walk two blocks to a neighborhood place, Grounds on Second. A little flaw in the check-in process was that I was supposed to be notified when my room was available, but I wasn't. I hung around in the lobby and finally checked with the desk at 4 pm, to be told that my room had been ready for a while.
