The room was clean and tidy, and the new receptionist was extremely nice! We could check in late, around 10 pm with no problem. It was a great choice just to have place to sleep.
Unfortunately the area is not the best, and not the safest. The lights are too strong during the night.

It's Seattle a Very expensive city, I suppose you get what you pay for, it was very quiet on a weeknight, the bed was rather comfortable, and no bugs in my room (I work in pest control).
While the bed sheets smelled clean they looked a bit discolored, could have been the lighting though on this. Towels were clean and white.
A booger on the bathroom wall always makes me cringe and question cleanliness.
Not all of the lights worked.
Dead bolt did not work at all.
Neighborhood was sketchy.
Thin curtains make for a very bright room at night.
This is a plus or minus depending on your temperament; three blocks from the red light district, four or five blocks for the women who have style down and could have very well been in a movie.

The on-site security made it feel secure. Not too noisy at night. The staff was professional and kind.
The room was outdated and the mattresses were very uncomfortable. I am 5’11 and the shower head was below eye level so I had to bend down to wash my hair.

The motel is basic, but clean and well located. I didn't have a car, but the rapid bus line stop was only a block again providing easy access to downtown in under 30 minutes.

No cable antenna TV and with the overcast and rain only a couple of channels worked. The surrounding area is kinda of shady. And the towels were not properly stocked. Also the microwave made a weird noise and when you opened it it look like it was smoking.

Stayed here for 3 weeks and this is by far the nicest motel in the area (we have been motel hopping all over Seattle). We were greeted and assisted by Daniel who was super friendly and accommodating.
Over the 3 weeks there we were also helped by several other staff who were super amazing as well!
There is housekeeping that we can get and they are amazing! They even steam cleaned the carpet for us!
This place is extremely good value too!
There were a few issues regarding the sink leaking, the light flickering (prob due to a faulty wire) and there were ants everywhere in the washroom. However when we brought our concerns to Daniel, he was more than happy to fix everything right away and even offered us a better room.
The area is a little sketchy in terms of hookers and gangs but that’s just this area in general so u can’t really get away from it especially if u want something this good for this value.

The male staff were super helpful and happy.
The rooms have thick walls. Comfy beds. Amazing bedding. Super clean parking lot.
The female was not helpful or happy. Toilet broke. We told them. We fixed it with the part they provided. Didn't have enough towels, We had to exchange dirty towels for clean towels- then upon checkout I had them come do a walk thru so we could checkout- the lady immediately went to the towels n came out and questioned us about some marks on the towel- I couldn't see any marks or anything but she was certain there was. I told her I have no idea what she sees but I'm not going to pay for whatever u think the issue is. The rooms are run down. Rock hard pillows. 1 pillow was super flat. No wifi- they said it just went down the night b4... other guests who stayed there longer said that's what they were told also and it's still not working. I'm hesitant to write this review since the company might see this and decide to charge whatever on my card - Shower head super low and I'm short so taller people would have more issues. The doors have a wide gap between the frame and the door.

Very friendly staff! In the morning the checkout clerk gave me an excellent breakfast-spot recommendation (Beth's Cafe, just 3 or 4 lights south from the motel, on the right — very convenient when driving to the Space Needle).
Air conditioning kept the room cool, and was also a little noisy.

It's definitely a motel, but the staff are wonderful and the whole room was surprisingly clean and the bed was comfortable. Location has a bus stop very close by that will take you into downtown.
10/10 would stay again!
Id say the only negatives were the ice machine and vending machines not working.

Location was only 2 miles away from my son's apartment.
Location was in Red Light District with prostitutes on the corner. Bright lights kept you up at night. Noisy street. No daily room service. Had to trade in towels at front desk. No security or anyone at front desk from late night to 8 a.m. No continental breakfast and no restaurants within walking distance. Price was excessive when considering the service received.

They tried scamming us and keeping our deposit for a cigarette burn on the sheets that was previously there. They inspected the room and went straight to the cigarette burn like they knew it was already there. None of us were smokers and had to argue with them about it.

It was a nice motel at a nice price with every amenity that you needed for your stay. They were installing new locks into the doors which was great. They also explained everything about how they were doing things, and explained what is near in downtown Seattle.
It’s in a very interesting part of town which im not super concerned about. They have a nice network of cameras and good locks on the doors. My main concern is the deposits they have you give them which is a problem for most but i trust that the money is returned since they seem friendly to military members and veterans.

This budget motel is an excellent choice for those who wanna save a buck. Our room was clean and comfortable with a refrigerator and microwave. Free parking on sight. The staff was excellent. There are managers who live on the property to help with any needs you may have and they keep an eye on the property for safety. There are a few restaurants and fast food joints near by. Ballard, Fremont and the U District are close and 99 (Aurora) is a straight shot to downtown and the ballparks. (20-30 min)
Would have been nice to have a coffee maker in the room. I think they may have coffee in the office.

I like the location that has lots of shops and restaurants around the hotel, and stuffs were nice.

The manager was great and super helpful and let us check in early. He was very friendly.
The room was run down, the bedding was old and dirty and didn't smell good, the sheets had a little rip in them. The door handle to the bathroom needs to be replaced. Not in a good area. If they can do a little updating and replace the mattress and bedding, it could be an okay place. Again, the manager was fantastic, unfortunately the place was not good and I didn't feel particularly safe or comfortable while we were there.
