Location was good. The breakfast was decent and nice variety.

There could have been some fruit options. The only issue was the last day there, there was a drunk woman in the front dining area. We were trying to relax and hang out and she was loud, obnoxious and totally inappropriate. The bad thing was, staff did nothing to stop her and they kept giving her more wine (at 1 pm). At one point she dumped her wine on someone’s computer.

The front staff was excellent and the hotel is in such a convenient location. They have a shuttle to different locations as well as to the airport. They also had guest laundry services available. We would definitely recommend staying at this location. Thank you!

It’s a great property near the airport with a wonderful shuttle service!!! It’s well priced. There was a lot of smoking right out the front door but I’m sure the property has no control over that. It was appreciated to spend a night there before the downtown stay which was 2 1/2 times more expensive. We got in late and it was great to stay somewhere close to the airport!

The up keep of the room. The quantity of clean towels and wash cloths. Also, I liked the shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel.

How Julie made me feel like I was below status to get into the van and said the van was broken down and it wasn't. I rubbed up against the windows at Mount Baker and someone spray painted it and I got spots of paint on my coat . Moreover, she did not have to make me seem low class and unclean by making a deal about it. I felt like we were singled out an judged harshly for dried up paint being on my coat. I am a neat and lean person. For this the total Stay was off and my conscious was on double alert. I rate our stay a 3.4..
