No way to block out light in the room, only shear curtains. The street lights across the street were very bright and while they keep the outside very well lit it would have been nice to have a way to block out that light.

The room seemed clean until I dropped the lid to the toilet. There was dried up urine and a long nasty pubic hair behind the lid on the base of the toilet. That was pretty disgusting. Everything else seemed fine. However, it did make me wonder what other corners were cut during the cleaning process?

The property was clean and welcoming.
My group of three adults and two children rented a two bedroom suite prior to a Carnival cruise.
We stayed two nights and were comfortable sharing the space. It was like a small apartment with a living room, dining area, bedrooms and plenty of closet/storage space. The full refrigerator and stove top was a definite bonus.
We never felt like we were stepping over each other.
Two bedrooms: one King, one queen. Closets and dressers in both. Full length mirrors
Living room: a couch, coffee table, ottoman, sitting chair, dining table with two chairs.
Kitchen: utensils, silverware, pots, microwave, stove top, dishwasher,, toaster, full refrigerator, dishes. A lot of storage space.
Almost all lamps had USB ports.
We were so happy and comfy there together.
Very minor and understanding of things.
One elevator was out of order and one dryer was removed

The location but there is public transportation nearby and too hilly to walk. Room cleaning every other day and the speed of the elevators - very slow so don’t be pressed for time.

The location was spectacular,
We walked back from climate pledge with no worries instead of $20 for a Lyft. Staff was friendly, although we did not like being next to a storage/laundry room. The door that connected the two rooms made me uncomfortable, especially with my kiddo and the late night conversations they were having, loudly. But all in all not bad. Breakfast time was crazy. They have a great selection! We had a mix of folks that stayed, some super friendly others not so much.. but every interaction with staff was great and that stood out throughout our overnight stay.
There was a lot of damage in the bathroom. We were next to the floors laundry/storage room so we heard folks late into the night. (Typically would be okay if it were just me but my kid was UP until the wee hours because of this). Paying for parking on top of the room was crazy, considering what I already paid. But I get businesses tryna keep up with be rising cost that we’re all experiencing.?♀️?

Breakfast was really good.
First room HVAC didn't work. Stayed one night in that room but it was so hot. Called front desk many times with no answer so went down to talk to them in person. Stood in line for 30 plus minutes. Was given handwritten instructions and told to try to fix it myself because it happens all the time. Didn't work. Went back down to front desk. Stood in line again for 30 plus minutes. Asked for another room. Second room stunk like moldy wet carpet mixed with dog urine. Bed sheets did not fit in either room so sleeping was rough. Furniture was old and chipped/broken in both rooms. Couch was very uncomfortable. Normally never complain about anything but for the price it was really bad and honestly disappointing.

The staff was mostly pleasant. They gave me an early check-in which I greatly appreciate.
The room lost power in the living room and bedroom and never came back on. When mentioned to the front desk, all they could say was "sorry we have no idea why" I paid over $400 for one night and didn't have power for half of it. Unacceptable. There was hair in the tub and bathroom floor also

The location was good and I really liked having use of the parking garage.
The carpet was torn up on the edge where it met the tile; not just frayed but actually lifted with the pad below visible. There was some crusty something (food?) stuck to the floor between the bathroom and kitchen. The bottom of the tub was very chipped with patches of the enamel missing.

They charge a ridiculous $49 for the parking garage. You also need to be a rewards member to receive free WiFi.

The room we had was very unkept. A wire held up the hanging rod in the closet, the bathroom door lock was completely broken and there was a hole in the wall. The hotel also wanted $54 for parking.
