The rooms, staff and breakfast was great. No complaints there. It could be more family friendly. Add a game room. Shuttle service to the mall across the street. .ore signage of what's in the area.

The hot tub was closed. Also, it was cold weather and the pool was open air so we could not enjoy. The kids did not have a thing to do on property. It took me 2 hrs to check in because of a disconnect in the reservation app for booking.com and the hotel. I paid for 2 suites over the Thanksgiving holiday and booked weeks advance. I received and booking reservation number and pin. The hotel could not locate my reservation. The manager Guy tried to assist but after 1.5 hrs. He informed me I would have to try an contact the booking site. My family waited for 2 hrs to get our room.... missing an import event we were to attend. AFTER A 20 minute wait on the phone with booking agent they said they would fix the problem. I received a text saying to find another hotel and bookings would paid whatever difference up to $70. I am so disappointed in Bookings and considering using another site next time.

It was close to Ramon James Stadium.

The pool wasn’t heated. The maid staff never cleaned the room. The never brought enough towels and the garbage was never emptied. The breakfast was always fresh and delicious. The cocktail hour was great and the bartender was so nice.

Excellent customer service, was able to check in early. Staff was amazing; room was nice and clean. Shuttle service was outstanding, driver was helping dropping my kids and I off at the airport.

Very disappointed at the hotel location. Been a Hilton honor member for a long time this is the worst visit and stay I have been. I switched to another chain after a hotel stay in Maui and came back for location only. But I see it has not changed a bit. Second thing had to pay for parking and was not told or read about it on booking.
