Everything is la carte, breakfast, parking, etc. highway robbery!! $18.00 for breakfast is insane for frozen and warmed up breakfast. I got a better deal on the ybor strip. Less than $10 bucks. I won't be staying their again, I think everything should be included for 1 night $230.00 for a basic double bed room.

Downtown Ybor is within 15 minute walk. Some of the best food I have had. The free Teco trolley is the next street down and runs to Tampa city, cruise port and is a great way to get around the area

Parking isn't free. You pay to park at your own hotel. Kinda crazy because you have already paid for your room and you get penalized for having your car parked there. The cook is amazingly slow. We sat and waited for our breakfast for about 30- 45 minutes. People had eaten and left by the time we got ours. And for something as simple as French toast and bacon???

The location of the hotel is perfect and the swimming pool was very nice. Breakfast was complimentary but with tickets, so you have to choose what you want.
The hotel is getting older and need a make-over. You can't pay the parking at the hotel, but have to pay with your cellphone. The queen beds are smaller than most other queen beds.

I didn’t like the fact that I had to pay $30 for parking and the ac in my room wasn’t working correctly! I dropped the temp down to 66 and it would cut on for 5/10 minutes then cut off. It was hot in the room.

Great value for the location right in Ybor City, always an interesting place to stay. Very friendly and welcoming staff, very good breakfast, room cleanliness and housekeeping were outstanding. A wireless phone charger was a nice touch. Good size room and refrigerator made the stay more comfortable.
It was a little awkward to walk out of the grounds to the main drag (7th St.) because the convenient gate was always locked.

The hotel was within easy walking distance of a TECO streetcar stop, we road the streetcar several times to explore Tampa and finally to the port terminal for our cruise. The hotel staff was excellent! Thank you Bri, Shareeka, and Melissa!!

It was clean and convenient to restaurants to walk to and close to the port to get on the boat.
The walls were extremely thin. We were awaking by the person next door to us snoring and would not stop even when we knocked on their door. The front desk called and they never woke up. The front desk moved us in the middle of the night to the front of the building and the traffic was heard in our room. The air would wake us up every time it came on. It was not a pleasant or restful stay.

The location in Ybor city. It’s a couple of blocks off the main drag, but you can literally walk everywhere you need to go. Which in need or City you want to do it is not a driving area.
