The sofa bed was dirty when I pulled it open it smelled like baby formula, the WiFi didn’t work
The first night I was there or the phones, the pool was closed early and on the website it states access to pool we booked a hotel with a pool for the kids to swim! I am very disappointed I’ve been using Hilton for many years and I am very disappointed that my Mother’s Day weekend was a disaster !

The staff was amazing especially Ricky Bush and Angela Garcia that worked at the front desk so pleasant always smiling. Because of them too, will be coming back. We come down every year for a church conference. The location was great. The property was nice and clean. The breakfast was good.

Randy, had HORRIBLE customer service. He gave me an attitude over the phone and then when I was in person didn’t remember doing it. One minute there’s no problem giving you early check in and then they deny you.
I checked in on the app on my phone and picked a room, when I looked on my phone it said I had to check in at the desk… I did NOT get the room I picked. I was told they gave it to someone else. I asked why, they said that’s what happens. I asked then why do you get to pick a room on your app, Randy said “I don’t know” again with an attitude.
I will say that there is a lovely lady that works the desk during the day and she is always smiling and has a great attitude.
Also the fan in my room looked like it was going to fall.

The fire alarm went off during my stay twice. On the first time, I panicked and squeeze my ring finger on the latch, tearing my skin and causing major bleeding, bruising and swelling. The front desk did not have a first aid kit, so I saw some band aids in the store and got those.

I can not get over how comfortable the beds and pillows were!!! The room was very big and cozy, we had all we needed.
They had a wide variety of did for breakfast such as cereal, while fruit, cut mixed fresh fruit, boiled eggs, muffins, pastries, yogurt, bread, eggs, sausage, tacos, oatmeal and so much more.

they were very helpful in changing my rooms, the highway traffic is extremely noisy and the air conditioning units in the two bedrooms are so loud we could not sleep so they moved us to the sixth floor so it was a little better. The carpeting was stained, the mattresses are really broken in the other issue is you could smell pot all over the hotel, which is gross and it's not OK because it says it's a non-smoking facility, but they obviously are not enforcing us
