Everyone is so nice and helpful! The rooms had everything my friend and I needed. Very clean. Cute decor. The pool and rooms have an amazing view! The valet staff are exceptional!

No parking on site but the valet was so great, they more than made up for it with the app to request my car so quickly!

Breakfast was limited but the food was of good quality.

The fact that we were given $20 voucher per day by the hotel as part of the B&B package, however you could only order a main breakfast item & a drink. For example in my case this came to approx. $16. I wanted to buy myself a muffin with the remaining $4 but was told this was not possible to pay for it from the voucher & needed to be covered from my own account.

Excellent location close to the university; parking is pricey for valet and U of A lot is $16 nearby. It’s convenient and relatively easy. Great decor, fun theme; roof bar and pool make for gorgeous views.

Bathroom was not cleaned when we arrived— pubic hair in the tub and black footprints. Beyond disgusting. Cafe in the am has good offerings and a tad pricey— just need more staff to work the cafe as the poor barista was drowning in orders!

The Graduates are always my most favorite place to stay. I look for them in any town I'm visiting and always love my experience. My most favorite part is the aesthetics and cleanliness.

I would LOVE a good room service option and better parking proximity would be awesome too.

Excellent service- I forgot 5 shirts in the closed closet, but the hotel was kind enough to send the shirts to me via FedEx from Tucson to my next hotel in Denver. The package arrived within a few days, just in time before my departure. Great pool at the roof.

Love the room, location, little coffee & breakfast shop & love love love the art. The Roof Top Bar & Pool looked amazing but didnt have time to eat/drink there.

No Fan in the bathroom which cause someone's Fire Alarm to go off, having people leave the building but that was over pretty quick.

I love the vibe and location! So close to Centennial Hall for my Graduation. Visitors from out of state were able to just walk over and not have to worry about finding parking on campus. Thanks for a great stay!

Make sure every one of your guests has a room key! This is needed to use the elevator.

Clean, nice, great view. Exercise room was good.

No breakfast included with room. They say that I can purchase for $16, but I never found where. When I asked the attendant at the coffee bar, she said I would need to visit a restaurant. I found one a couple of miles away. No Parking (unless you pay an addtional $40 for valet parking). I had to park down the street and around the corner at a meter that was not in service between 6 pm and and 8m (and make sure I was checked out and had the car moved before 8 am). Fan in room was loud, and the entire room vibrated while it was running.

The Graduate is a fantastic hotel, the staff is very helpful and friendly, but for me, given that I go there to meet with the university, it's so nice to walk from there to my meetings. I also like that it's surrounded by great places to eat and hang out.

Really great location, staff was super friendly. Went to the rooftop bar and the bartenders were great. Its a great location and the facility is nice and clean. I would absolutely stay again, and absolutely encourage a stay if you are needing to be close to the UA campus.

I dont have any complaints on this hotel. It was just a night, but it was a great. Met my expectations and was nice.

The cafe downstairs serves delicious breakfast burritos, and very good quality coffee. The room was spacious, the water pressure was fantastic, and the views from 14th floor were amazing. The pool deck and rooftop bar were spectacular with 360 views.

While enjoying the pool one night, some young kids brought a massive speaker and started playing their own club music which was loud and disruptive. Staff didn't seem to care to address the situation. Other than that, perfect stay.
