The room was a not clean when we got there. Sheets had cigarette holes all over, smelled like smoke,had to pay a deposit! Which I was taking back. The lady in the front didn't even greet me and was rude.

everything it was completely disgusting there were cockroaches everywhere even inside of the bed and in every single drawer there was hair on the bed there was somebody else’s clothing that got left in the drawers and the microwave had looked like somebody left all the food in it it was completely disgusting and a waste of my money I also asked him for a refund and they denied and convinced me to get a different room from them and I did and literally the room that they gave me was even worse than the first room I had there were ants and cockroaches in this room and there was stains on my sheets and there was Pee on the floor in the bathroom

Not much. it was close to & had easy access to a freeway.

It was dirty, had roaches in bathroom. property was excessively LOUD all night long! Homeless people were banging on the door demanding we give them our linens. People were yelling, screaming & laughing ALL night long.

The woman who checked us in was excellent. She came to help with the TV & switched our room when she saw it.

The 1st room smelled..was dirty. Part missing to coffee & very dirty. Cigarette burns everywhere. Day person gave us a hard time getting coffee.

The size of the room, the price, the helpfulness of the staff member at the desk

1. The parking lot was gated, indicating there were problems with crime at the location.2. The windows were screwed shut, further indicating problems with crime at the location.3. There was a bad smell in the room. I couldn't open he window to try to air it out and wasn't going to sleep with the door open. The only other available room at the property had too small a bed so we couldn't move to that. The receptionist found us some spray that housekeeping staff uses and let us use that. The smell of that spray was better than the original smell, but overly strong.I did not see anything around the property that indicated it was a bad location, but the property precautions suggest it was. There were lots of cameras focused on the parking lot and property, which is good, I guess, but also suggests there have been problems there.Putting a code at the gate is not a great precaution. Once the gate was open, at least one other car could enter behind the first one, and I saw a person walking through behind a car.
