The location is good because is on the beach .
The cleanliness overall is not top notch. The breakfast that is offer is mediocre. The pool closed at 9pm . There are very limited rooms with ocean view. The beds are not comfortable.

Dirty. Certainly not a hotel more like a motel that is old and dated! No pool towels, $40 a day for beach chairs!! Should be included in their price ! Front desk was not accommodating and in fact was rolling her eyes at customers after they asked questions! Dirty bathroom! Dark rooms. Not worth the $877 for 2 nights!!!

Location was perfect, staff was so helpful and friendly. Landscaping and maintenance were exceptional. Drinks in lobby were great. It was awesome to have breakfast option too.
There was an odd smell in our room, the toilet seat screw was broken and we had a hard time finding a good a/c temp but the room was modern and functional. The coffeemaker didn't have an auto shut off.

Really liked how close it was to the beach & to stores. The set up was really nice. Had Oceanview but wasn't oceanfront like it said, it was okay though.
The ceiling was dirty in spots, over all it was good. Definitely could use a deep cleaning in that room.

The fact it was beach front
I reserved a room with a balcony and ocean front, but didn't get it. There is very little parking. The hotel is in desperate need of a remodeling update. Even though the room was clean it felt like we were in a cheap motel that we seriously overpaid for. I expected more for the $250.00/night I paid. This is the only hotel on Tybee that is beach front.

The location was great, the staff was very friendly, we went in the middle of October after most of the vacation travelers had left the area, weather was great, smaller crowds everywhere we went which makes it easier to get into the restaurants, and only a short drive to Savannah.
Probably the only thing I can say is not as good as it should be, parking for one and water pressure in the shower.

I liked the fact that it was right on the beach. The staff was very kind and I did appreciate the availability of parking. Off season is the way to go.
I had trouble with the Adirondack chairs, I had a devil of a time getting up, but I'm old so there's that. Elevator was super slow.

Location, location, location. Great location in regards to being able to access the beach easily and finding the hotel. Parking included in reservation. View from the room was nice but not what I anticipated. Staff was friendly.
Hotel is a bit outdated. Wish the description of the room was more clear about what exactly "ocean view" is. Free parking was nice but parking lot felt cramped in our full size truck. Breakfast was very minimal, no protein options.

Unfortunately our room smelt like a gym locker room. Suspected that the cleaning staff used too much bleach and did not change the water. The toilet was slow draining. I would give this hotel another try but would hope the mgt would address our issues.

This was a sister trip and we are senior citizens. First room-2 queen beds was flooded. We moved w/no help, upstairs to 1 king bed. The icemakers did not work and no one ever came to empty our trash, or provide fresh towels. No compensation was offered.
