The communication with the host was impossible. they didnt answer phone or e mail. luckily the owner of the building was there when we arrived and could give us another number to reach the host. otherwise we would not have enter the building.
also our balcony was shared with other two rooms and there was not even one chair or something to sit outside.
the rooms are also kinda loud, so you hear everything that goes on in the entrance.

We had some minor issues that were fixed by the staff.
Communication with the management via messages takes longer than it should. Messages are supposed to be answered in 24 hrs or less and actually get answered in no less than 24hrs no matter when you send your message. I suggest that in case of any issues that need a prompt reply, call.
Flora Collection has the potential to be a much more comfortable place to stay with some small improvements.
WiFi reception in our room was problematic. We could only get a connection if we were staying close to the door or at the lobby area. That was not a surprise as the WiFi router is a regular unit and sits behind the kitchen. A MESH router with a couple of MESH repeaters could easily fix that issue for less than the cost of 2 nights of accommodation in one of the rooms.
There is a small common kitchen that has almost everything you need to make breakfast or even lunch or dinner but unfortunately, there is nowhere to sit and enjoy the food you made. The room has no space to leave your plate or sit somewhere and even though there is a small table next to the kitchen there are no chairs.
Our room had a balcony but no chairs or table, so it was useless. The bedside tables are blocks of wood that one may argue that they look good (they don't) but they are not practical at all. They are small and have no space to put any of your stuff there.
I hope these low-cost improvements will be implemented the next time we visit Vienna because apart from those, the place is superb.

The location is great - the street in which the object is situated is very lively, especially the more you go down in the direction of Volkstheater. It has a lot of little coffe shops, restaurants and shops. It is pretty close to the center and very well connected - there is a bus station just across the street, and a tram station also very near by that all take you to the city center. Also near by is a pharmacy store and Interspar.
The rooms are as seen in the photos and very clean. The bathroom is outdated but clean and has everything you need - a set of towels, toilet paper, hairdryer, and even a free soap, bodywash, shampoo and body lotion.
The room has flat screen TV and free wifi.
In the shared part of the object, on the same floor, there is a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave oven, kettle and a coffe maker with free coffe capsules and tea. There is plenty of coffee cups, cuttlery, plates and other dishes you may need.
If you feel like cooking, there is also a stove.
The object has elevator but it is extremely small - it barely fit the two of us and our two suitcases.
Our room didn't have air conditioning which for us wasn't a problem since we traveled in May, but keep in mind if you plan your trip in warmer months.
The room has a balcony but there aren't any chairs or table on it so actualy you can't sit or eat outside which is a shame if you have nice weather.
We chose a street facing room which is south facing so it was qiute warm and also it was noisy at night - if you have a problem with any of that, I recommend choosing the atrium/garden facing rooms.
The cleaning lady who cleans shared facilities comes around 9 am and it can be pretty loud so keep that in mind if you like to sleep longer.
There is a small dining table in the shared part but no chairs except for one so there is actually no place where you can sit and eat or drink your coffee.
The mattress was quite hard and lumpy.

Everything was clean, the bed was comfortable and the apartment was very nicely decorated, good location close to S-Bahn station. Everything good except for the locks.
There's no AC so the nights got quite hot unless you opened the balcony doors, but the street gets quite noisy at night so not very easy to sleep with the doors open.
Second thing, which I hope doesn't happen to anyone else, happened in the middle of the night. The apartment locks with a code that you type in on the outside of the apartment and that's how you enter. Every door has its own code. I suppose the owner accidentally double booked our room, so in the middle of the night, our door started unlocking, because someone was trying to get in. Needles to say we were terrified, and when the girl who was trying to get in, saw two confused sleepy girls, she was terrified too. I don't know where this girl slept that night, since her apartment was not in fact hers. For the rest of our stay, we felt very uneasy going to sleep, not knowing whether someone was going to barge in at any moment. That is unacceptable and I regret not contacting the owner in the moment that happened and not demanding a refund.

Until I get my sim card and call them, there was no return to my mails. I couldn't stay in the room that I paid for and for TWO days, there was no return to my mails, all they had to say "we don't see your payment"
I can see the money directly took from my credit card. Beware of this kind of unprofessional team. We could fix it face to face or an instant message but they just ignored all my mails. I stayed afterwards for three nights, if I had a chance I would never stayed.
It is too bad to assume that your customer has a second option, what the heck?
Also still I don't see the refund of these two days that I didn't stayed. And I'm too tired to talk about two day refund all over again, is it too hard to send money really? 2024?

Perfect location, very clean room, excellent communication with host, nice communal kitchen that was very clean, had clean and new utensils and was stocked with the basics to help with breakfast.
The only slight negative that didnβt affect the quality of my stay or the room but could be improved was that the awning over the balcony was ripped and hanging down. A small detail that let down the overall rest of a great place to stay.

We had to contact Flora via messages, mail, and finally telephone (international call) to get the information about check-in and other things. We aarive early in the morning like 01:00am and we had paid for that night but we got a wrong code for the room and we could not enter the room for 2 hours. We didn't have who to ask for help we only had a phone number which by the way I called for 3 times and I after they pick up we were speaking foe 15minutes till they find the problem with the code. We were exausted and furious, angry and tired, we got a phone bill with a 50euros plus charges for a problem caused by them and we did not get a refundation. This is the only bad accommodation experience I've ever had. Avoid at all costs.
The pictures and use of the word 'hotel' are misleading. These are two floors of a building and the rooms are tiny, ugly and dirty. I did not get an email with instructions on how to find the entrance (it's a door on the way to a parking lot, the name of the place doesn't appear anywhere) nor did I get the codes for the main door or my room door. Luckily I got to the place just before the time they stop answering the phone, which is midnight.
My room was dirty, with a nasty stain on one of the curtains, and no plastic bag in the bathroom bin. A representative of the place told me (via chat) a cleaning team will come to clean, but that did not happen, so i stayed in a dirty room for a week.
I have asked to get a receipt four times during a week and still did not receive one (every time, they write "no problem, we'll send you a receipt shortly", but they lie).
The room is too hot with no option to turn the heating down. The window opens to a shared smoking patio (with no chair) so open it for fresh air at your own risk.
The bed and pillow are very uncomfortable.
There are no electricity sockets near the bed or desk, only on the wall opposite the bed (one of which is for the TV, the other is essentially on the floor. I unplugged the TV).
The toilet is cracked and needs replacing.
There's no safe in the room.
This place costs like a hotel but feels like a crackhouse.
