The staff was not very friendly and the accommodations was way to small. I had trouble showering because any movement I did I would touch the glass enclosure. I would not return to this hotel.

Room was so clean and surprisingly spacious. Bathroom also very large and clean. Detailing in the room also very nice - large windows with drapes, parquet floors and nice varnished desk and wardrobe. Reception staff very friendly (at all hours) and 24hr reception. Location to main station easy 15min walk and less than 100m to the metro station. Easy 20-25min walk into the city centre.
Pillows were too flat and soft but calling reception they bought us some more. No fan in the bathroom.

No kettle in room, just a coffee maker. A pity the hotel has no restaurant - there are a number of restaurants nearby, but we found they almost all needed pre-booking.

The location was excellent. The furniture and wood floors were very pretty. The pillows were very comfortable. The room didn’t get too hot at night. The hotel as a whole was very attractive and clean.
The Wi-Fi barely worked for me in my room on the sixth floor, that was very frustrating to deal with as I paid for a room with Wi-Fi. The breakfast wasn’t worth 20 euros to me- the scrambled eggs and the boiled eggs were over cooked and the ham products looked industrial. The lighting in the bathroom was very unflattering.

The location was ok , well situated , the metro and the tram station were next to the hotel and the room was clean and nice.
It was terrible cold in our room that was on the corner , the temperature was around 16-17 degrees Celsius. We were with a child of 9 years old. Firstly on 25 December , when we arrived I went to receptions where it was an Asian gentleman who understood our grievances but could speak neither English nor German. He came and turned the thermostat a little , the radiator seemed to heat up. The next day we continued to complain about this problem and received a tiny air heater , which in that room of approximately 25 square meters and 4 m high had no efficiency. That evening my child started coughing and I called the reception . The same Vietnamese gentleman was back on duty and explained me that the heating system is very old , the heating is regulated by a computerized system and he was no way to help us except to bring us another air heater . On the third day , being at the table our child had a fit of coughing and vomited and I said out loud how cold it is in our room. Immediately after this I went to the reception and requested a tiny room even though the 9 years old child will no longer have his own bed , just to be warmer. The lady at the reception first told me that the hotel is very busy and they don t really have availability , and someone from the office suggested giving me an air heater ( not knowing that I also speak German / I had addressed myself in English ). Finally we moved into that mini-room where it was no more than 1-1,5 degrees Celsius more, but it was already too late. My child was lying on a bed in Vienna and I had imagined that I would give him the most beautiful Christmas vacation !
Considering that the little one was in bed with a fever over 38 degrees Celsius , I brought a private doctor to consult him and prescribe us antibiotics . Now we were finally warm ! Our bodies had adapted to the situation through a resistance mechanism - fever. It s already been 3 days since we returned and we re still not well . What a shame !!!

Everything was amazing! It was spotlessly clean, very well maintained, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and equipped with everything one could need for an amazing stay in Vienna! ?
Not to mention the location—the hotel is situated in one of the best districts of Vienna, District #4 (Wieden). Wieden is a residential area, yet only 10 minutes away from Karlsplatz, the Wien Museum, the Opera, Sacher Bel Etage, and more. Just around the corner from the hotel, you'll find grocery stores (Billa, Spar, Hoffer, Hellenic Market), amazing coffee houses, restaurants, bakeries, and more.
The only thing I wish could be improved is the Wi-Fi. I wouldn't mind paying an extra fee for a more stable connection, and perhaps an added layer of security with individual log-ins.
Other than that, it's a 10 out of 10 from me! :)

On our arrival the reception said we had not booked three rooms depite me showing my booking.com reference. The receptionist seemed unable to find my booking. In my original booking breakfast was included with each room but not on arrival this was not the case. I would not recommend this hotel as value for money. I also booked a room where the window would face the court yard when I got there, they gave me a room window facing a busy road, although my booking was specifically for the courtyard. When asked to change it, they had a little difficulty provided me with a room. I ended up with a room that was tiny and one single bed, no compensation for the room from double to single. I was charged for the same amount although the room I received was half the size of the room that I originally booked. The staff was not very accommodating and rather rude. I am a frequent business traveler throughout Europe, I will not be staying in this place again.

I loved that the hotel was in a central location and an easy walk to places I wanted to see. Check in and check out were easy. The room that I stayed in was very spacious, which I loved.
Another guest in the room next door to me had a dog and when he left the dog alone in the room to eat breakfast the dog barked for 30 minutes straight.

The staff was especially helpful. I want to say that the young man who is the "bellhop" in the lobby is amazing. Not only is his English excellent but he helped me on several occasions with efficiency and good humor. He should be promoted!
When my previously ordered taxi did not show up on time, the young woman who was the day manager ordered a local taxi that showed up in less than two minutes. I was off to the airport and did not miss my flight thanks to her and the young man who works in the lobby.
When getting off the elevator on floor six, I fell heavily after not seeing the step up to the hallway going to my room.
