The shower and the bathroom sink are clogged, and the water drains very slowly. The guests in the next room are extremely noisy!!! They keep talking loudly and loud knocking on the door even midnight, so I couldn't sleep.

The staff at the reception and bar were really friendly. Especially Liam & Eros were amazing. Suggestions for sights in the City area and more were great! Definitely coming back here if we are going to Vienna again!

The reception area in the evening is very clean but they provided me the top room and window is always open of they not closing and also not cleaned well. They will not provide towel, soap etc etc. The main thing is that they have a locker in room but it can't be locked so there is no use of it.
If you use their locker which is working so they charged for that.

I liked the location. Since I was traveling by train, being close to the station was perfect for me. There are plenty of places nearby where you can have dinner, and the hostel itself has a nice bar. The breakfast wasn’t very diverse, but it covered my needs, so it was fine.
The staff were friendly and responded quickly online. There was also convenient automated luggage storage available at a reasonable price, where you can leave your bags before check-in.
The room was quiet and had blackout curtains, so nothing disturbed me at night.
The biggest disappointment was the worn-out mattress, which really affected the comfort of my sleep. I hope the staff will be able to fix this.

The hostel is located a walking distance from the Central Rail Station, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. They do provide breakfast for a reasonable fee, but I had an early flight. There was a lively bar downstairs serving beer and typical pub fare with significant discounts for the guests
The area itself was mostly populated by immigrants, the local food joints were mostly donner and shawarma shops serving dubious meats. And there was some noise coming in at night from the local youth. The hostel charges for everything, including short-term luggage storage and doesn't allow early check-in. But that was expected.

It was a great time and I would definitely opt them again. The rooms were not too small with good beds, 24/7 staff was very friendly. The events at the bar were also very entertaining and met a lot of wonderful people.
It was a pretty good experience overall, only thing is I wish it was mentioned somewhere to bring a lock for the luggage compartments.

Compact and simple room with pretty much everything you may need. Free coffee and tea. Location is great just 1 min to U-bahn Keplerplatz and surrounding area also got a lot of shops, convenient store and restaurant. Price is also very affordable.
No fridge, could be normal in Europe, I am quite not sure. Otherwise everything is pretty good.

The young Dutch lady at the reception is always very friendly. Check in was quick and it’s a good location for visiting Vienna and to get to the main station……and onward to the airport. A much cheaper option. Everything was very clean including the provided bed linen.

Location is top notch. Just 10mins walk from Wien hbf and only 2 mins walk to local metro which connect directly to the innere staad area. Halal food are everywhere near the hostel. There is also supermarket and a mall. Room was clean and huge, bed is comfortable. I like how the toilet & shower room is inside the room. Very recommended!
Noise from bar below is a bit disturbing as we open the window, since there is no air conditioner in spring.

Noise from the streets daily from cars and people was getting on my nerves.
They didn't have a kitchen so making food somehow was a real hassel.
Ordered a few chicken wings and it's was 10 euros!! and burnt!!. That's was disappointing.
