On check in very friendly man welcomed us and gave all the info we might need.
Even though we came on last 30 minutes for breakfast, there was still plenty of good warm goods.
The only downside is that the double bed has 2 small mattresses that get loose during the night, creating a gap between.

The room was warm, the bathroom excellent, the breakfast very fullfilling (albeit a bit expensive) and the sauna was great!
The pillows were not sturdy enough, I had to ask for an extra pillow (a big, more full of material insde).

- The staff was very nice with the exception of one or two people. The two guys at the reception were very nice and helpful.
- Delicious, plentiful breakfast.
- Comfortable bed, clean linens.
- This hotel is not a four star hotel.
- There is parking, but the road is very narrow, winding, and steep. I only recommend it to experienced drivers.
- There is no restaurant or bar. Only breakfast.
- The elevator is too narrow.
- The toilet seat was smaller than it should have been and had slipped.
- There was mold on the edge of the glass wall of the bathtub.
- The TV is not a smart TV.
- The room was cold when we arrived.
- Worn walls, furniture. Broken, cracked stucco.
- The bathroom sink design was inconvenient.

The bed was comfortable and the room was very spacious. Room was clean and customer service was great!
The hotel was very noisy, all day and all-night doors were banging and you can hear other guests in their rooms. The shower flooded the bathroom and there were no English-speaking channels available on the television. Location was okay - train station was very close however sketchy, so I didn't like catching trains after dark. Train was a very short journey into center of town.

The rooms are old. Reality doesnΒ΄t match the pictures on the internet.
The bathrooms were painted all in white to hide the mold on the ceiling and in the shower.
They say they have parking but when we arrived they sent us to another hotel nearby to park, very inconvenient. Not recommend the place if you travel by car.

The room was quite big and quiet. Air conditioning was also top notch in this hot summer weather. There was also parking space available in the hotelβs underground garage, but cheaper options are available in the vicinity.
Laminate flooring on the room. I believe height of the bathtub is quite dangerous for older people when getting out of it (and also everyone else! I expect many people could experience slips when getting out!). On top of it there were also at least ten black hair all over the bedding, which is unacceptable.

Wonderful stay β highly recommended
The location is perfect, close to everything you need. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, and I felt at ease throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna!

The location is very close (<10min walk) to Maria Hilfer street a famous shopping street in Vienna. Easy to get taxi/uber car to and from the hotel. There are 2 lifts and a fitness centre.The complete room amenities toothbrush, shaver, etc. Safebox to store your laptop. Very close (<5min walk) to a grocery store (Lidl). Quiet area no traffic noise, most importantly no loud siren sound from ambulance. Very friendly staff. They will greet and even talk to you asking about your day, everytime when you meet them at the lobby. Highy recommended.

I liked the area, the rooms were nice and spacious, quiet, overall would recommend.
This only applies if you come by car, their parking garage is very small. If you have anything bigger than a Fiat 500, maybe a BMW 1 series, itβs fine, if youβre careful. Anything bigger, iβd park up the street at Ibis (entrance is on the other side or the street from Mercure)

Perfect customer service, very friendly and professional staff, clean and comfortable rooms. It's definitely worth the price. The wide selection of breakfast is a cherry on the cake.
Parking is quite challenging on the street, especially during theatre nights, but the Hotel can provide an alternative solution.
Short parking for check-in is still manageable.

The location of the hotel is very good. Rooms are decent size and clean. The breakfast is good, not too much variety but quality is excellent.
Special mention to the reception staff Mark, who was very helpful and always a great help.
Good Quality hotel at decent price with excellent staff at reception and at the breakfast.. we extended our stay by one day.

Except breakfast, they don't have a restaurant or Bar. But there are a lot of options available nearby

Good location, 10min to subway, a lot of restaurants around. Uber to Oper/Stephansplats around 13-14 euro. There are enough parking spots around. The Wifi quality is decent. Quick checkin/checkout.
The double bed is with 2 matressed, not fixed, always it s a gap between them. The fridge is empty but you can buy some drinks and snacks at reception. My 40 minutes late checkout request was refused, this is a first in an Accor hotels. The termostat in the room was blocked, u can t control the temperature. 3 nights stay, they cleaned only once. For a 4 star hotel :) Pillows extremlly soft, there are nothing extra in the room. In the bathroom you only find shampoo and liquid soap. Absolutely nothing else.

The only advantage of the facility is its location.
They allowed us to keep our luggage in their storage area during the day.
Even in the worst city hotels in TΓΌrkiye, towels are changed daily, and there are daily amenities like slippers in the room for personal use. Unfortunately, at this Accor hotel, only the coffee and tea were changed daily. We had to use the towels for three days. They only consider room cleaning to be about rearranging the pillows and duvets.
I guess we've become accustomed to a high standard, even in the worst hotels in TΓΌrkiye.

We really enjoyed the breakfast, which had a good variety of options. The location was also excellent and very convenient for getting around the city. Another highlight was the size of the room, it was spacious and comfortable.
The pillows were unfortunately quite uncomfortable and could definitely be improved. The towels were also below expectations and felt a bit worn.

The room was too hot, and the thermostat was not working. The shower was not properly designed and would spill water to the floor. The pillows were terrible, they need to be replaced
