The Royce is located on Melbourne’s grand boulevard, that connects the city’s finest luxury shopping on Collins Street to world-class galleries, gardens and further to the beautiful bayside beaches. Established in 1928, and entirely refreshed in 2022, The Royce takes its inspiration from the golden era of hotels – a time of gala events, secret rendezvous and discreet concierges. When the classic cocktails were invented by hotel bartenders and the martinis flowed.
