Place is apartment in building 1 km from CBD and 0.5 km from the beautiful King Park Botanical Garden. I loved my balcony, 10/10 breakfast, and the place was very nice.
-I gave low score because people need to know that in the farther building room W211 the wifi does not work! There is intermittent Wifi that cuts out and dropped me for 3 days despite staff and my best efforts (ie: alternate password also was ineffective).
- If a solo woman traveler I would be hesitant to walk back from CBD after dark. I saw no danger, but there are about 4 isolated blocks (no one around under highway overpass) at 9 pm on a Saturday and Sunday night.

Breakfast options were great, huge choice. If anything had run out or was getting low, milk, juice, butter etc the staff replenished it immediately.
The bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan, & the bathroom doors had to be kept closed so that steam from the shower didn't set the fire alarm off. Consequently it was very stuffy . The window would only wind out about 6cm, so little to no fresh air.
Also grab rails over the bath would be handy, a bit dangerous for some older people which I am & have arthritis so climbing in & out of the bath to shower was a worry and I had to be extra careful.

Location of the rental place is beyond reproach as it is centrally located, and the Elizabeth Quay is within walking distance. Plenty of amenities are available within the vicinity. The size of the three room is adequate. Thanks to the provider, we were upgraded from two bedrooms apartment to a three-room. We appreciate the goodwill.
The air-conditioning facilities within the apartment are old and one of the rooms does not have aircon at all. It makes the room rather hot in the morning and afternoon. Likewise, the mattresses in the room are too soft for comfort.

We appreciate the secured parking for our car. All the amenities were well thought through and made available for us. Room was spacious and the overall stay is comfortable. Location is fantastic as its near the city. Breakfast was decent as well.
Not enough cleaning services. We stayed a total of 10 days and only had full cleaning once. Staff told us that cleaning only once a week. Which also meant we had to constantly clear our own trash everyday. The apartment itself is also a little dated but that said, its still comfortable to stay.

Very comfortable bed. Living and dining areas were good. Bathroom was fine with a shower not over a bath that we asked for. Easy to use washing machine and dryer. Able to purchase frozen meals. Buffet breakfast was fine. Staff were excellent.
No instructions how to use electric hotplate. Needed a tray to heat frozen pizza in oven.

Easy to access and parking available + very comfortable bed + apartment style. All 3 staff I interacted with were fabulous! Upon check-out I said I hadn't be able to enjoy breakfast due to fasting for medical appointment, I was offered a "packed take-away breakfast" for later whilst I declined this thoughtful an unexpected.

Staff were exceptional, professional and accommodating. We were visiting Perth for a fitness competition and the venue was a stones throw from our stay at Nesuto. Additionally, the buffet breakfast was brilliant.

The doona was a bit too warm as the room was not cold. Probably a blanket and a lighter doona would have been better to give customers a choice of warmth. That's just me personally though.
