Very correct hotel, room was comfy enough, big enough and clean enough. Had a big door window so was quite luminous. Staff is very nice as well.
I asked for a room as far away from possible from the rooftop bar, I was on the 5th floor and it was very quiet, nothing to complain about.
Also very very good location near the center and both train stations.
Room was cleaned but corridors were a bit outdated and smelled bad. Hotel is clearly not super modern, it's getting a bit oldy but with a discount price it was still a very good value, not complaining.

Very nice hotel. Big room, very good breakfast and amazing location.
I wanted to give the best score to this hotel, but I didnโt because there is once thing that I really did not like about this hotel. If you donโt speak French then you are not the guest the like. They sent me many emails, all of them in French only French. Not the entire world speaks French. When I told the receptionist about it he said โ French is the most spoken language in Belgium ( Brussels is located in East Flanders so actually you should speak Dutch)โ actually 60% of the population speak Dutch. I didnโt expect to have the information in Dutch, but at least in English. This hotel is located near to the center they host people from all over the world.
When we checked out next to us there was guest checking out who spoke French and we heard the receptionist asking very friendly if everything was ok and when we checked out they didnโt even say good morning.
It is amazing how they express that they donโt like you when you donโt speak French .
I hope the manager of this hotel does something about it ( I doubt it), because this not correct and not nice.

Good location - approx. 300 m from the Pissing Boy, 200 m from the tram stop. Adequate and competitive price.
WiFi was "jumpy" and slow: it was totally dead probably all in all 1/3 of the time. Their electrical system was a trick: the power supply in the sockets was active only after turning on the lights. After turning off one of the "main" switches, all the switches used to become inactive and could be reactivated only by reinserting the hotel card. The light once turned on by itself at about 2 AM, and turned off several times during the day. Cleaning was so-so. On the first morning I found a tray table in the corridor with the empty bottle of Belgium beer and two glasses. It was still there during the four days of stay, just they put there also my empty bottle of Schweppes. I asked for the quiet room and instead was given a room among the "family" of buzzing ACs. The window of the neighboring hotel room was in three meters in front - so no privacy ;) There is a console for the fridge, but the fridge itself has gone - very annoying in the hot days :(

Comfortable bed, parking in the neigbouring street, very close to the centre, quite OK breakfast.
The enamel of the bath was damaged, the room is very basic, though. Airco was not working, opening the window helped a lot, but in return it is noisy with open windows. The parking is not explained at all. It is in the back street of the hotel. Recommend to park on the 3rd (last) floor, otherwise it is difficult to find free places, as many are designated ones. The driveway inside the car park is very narrow, watch out carefully and use side cameras if you have. Part of the street of the parking garage is a one-way road. The Hotel gives a 3-euro discount, namely you pay 13 Eur instead of 16 eur per day.

This is a nice hotel in a nice building and has a lovely foyer and reception area. The rooms are a little smaller than expected, but the bed was really comfortable. It was good value for money.
The location is good for the Grand Place, which is less than 10 minutes walk away. It's about 20 minutes walk from Brussels Zuid, but through a not very nice area unfortunately. I would recommend taking a tram to beyond the hotel to nearer Grand Place and walking back to it through a better area, if arriving at night.

You receive prior to arrival at least 5 different emails, reminding you to check in prior to arrival.
You completed the check in online + given all your credit card information only to wait 45MINUTES in a line to get your room key.
I was late for my meeting @work which was my whole reason for this stay.
The staff didn't even apologize for this, no compensation poor customer service and unfriendly staff.

The lobby is lovely and the staff were helpful at the front desk. It was close distance to the train station.
The room didn't look like the photo as described. The bed was not very comfortable, particularly the pillows. The worst of the experience was the noise there was a lot of shouting and kids running around late at night and in the morning we could hear staff outside coughing and spitting a lot which was very disruptive.

Staff( male and female receptionists) who handled check- in on day of arrival.( 19th May 2024)
A room with double bed was provided instead of twin beds as requested. When I enquired if there was a possibility of moving to a room with twin beds, The male receptionist informed me that none were available, as they were fully booked and I would have to check- in again, the following day; Then wait until 15.00 hours to see if a twin bedded room was available. I asked if I could check- in at reception and was told -NO; as check in could only be done online. I said I had no online access and was told - 'use your phone'. I replied that I was unable to book or check in on my phone, The male receptionist informed me that I should come to the reception the following morning where the Reservations Team would be able to help me to check in online as he was unable to help further.
Fortunately a different receptionist was on duty the following morning ( 20th May 2024) He was very helpful and accommodating. When I enquired if there were any twin bedded rooms available he immediately said - yes, and a room was ready to be occupied at that time. He did not require online or further checking- in. No referral to the Reservations Team was needed. He immediately issued 2 keys for the new room and I was able to transfer immediately.. The male receptionist on duty on the morning of 20th May 2024 must be highly commended. He also provided me with information on sightseeing locations , travel and Tourist information sites.
The receptionists on duty- afternoon of 19th May 2024; will require further training in customer service, as well as Bedford Hotel Policies and Procedures. Also helpful to these 2 individuals would be sessions on- ageism; misogyny; prejudice and racism

The location was very close to the Grand-Place park, there was lots to do in the area as long as you just walk down the street for about 5-10 minutes. The receptionists were extremely helpful and kind, they even helped us find the Grand-Place plaza when we asked what we could do in the city. Extremely comfortable rooms with plenty of space. Breakfast was not included but it was an amazing value for all the food. Highly recommend!

The hotel is closed to old city and many attractions. Supermarket near hotel, restaurants and 18 min walk from Gare Midi where is the shuttle bus for airport arrive/leave. Breakfast was good (different vegetable would not hurt :D).
It was clean, spacious room, luggage store when arriving and for departure, always someone at the reception to help with anything you need. I like it and I will choose it again for the future.

We liked the hotel in general. The staff was kind, the beds were comfy and the breakfast was good too. We loved the rooftop bar, the cocktails and the view.
The room was a little bit dirty and we didnโt have a fridge. The bathroom behind the entrance door is a little bit problematic too.

Great location, very clean and quiet, great breakfast. Beautiful interior design
The drains were clogged (not completely, water could still pass through, but extra slow). But that's not too much of an issue

Central located, clean hotel, with good breakfast. Stuff is kind and helpful. Room is clean, good sized & comfy. The hotel has a rooftop bar which is very good, offers wide range of drinks&coktails with fingerfoods. This Hotel is value for money in the Brussels, recommended!
