Lovely breakfast with a big variety of different European and Middle-Eastern dishes, hotel centrally located, very friendly staff.
The hotel lobby doubled as a night club and the music at night around 2200h was very loud, so the receptionist almost had to shout (even though she was very friendly). The hotel is centrally located, but the room was very warm and the ceiling fan in my room would only stir around the warm air, so I opened up the window (room 301). It turns out the street was very loud with partying going on until the early morning hours, after which delivery trucks started running and they made noise too. I do understand very well that if you want a centrally located hotel, you probably cannot avoid the noise. As a bonus, earplugs are provided in the room free of charge, so I suppose the hotel already thought of that.

Lovely room and well located. We didn't have the breakfast. We appreciated the welcome 'cubredon' and the tea and coffee station.
Hotel felt like a real destination with lively atmosphere in the downstairs restaurant in the evenings, with lots of bruxellois present. We were worried we'd hear the noise in our room on floor 1 but we didn't (just some street noise as you'd expect in this central location).
Tea and coffee station wasn't restocked on Saturday morning and machine wasn't working... but otherwise all good.

The hotel is very well placed and is in walking distance to all the tourist attractions. The rooms are larger than average and very comfortable.
When you have ear plugs on your bedside table, you know it's going to be noisy. It was, but better than some other venues we have been to in the past. Our biggest complaint was the reception staff, we asked him how we could order a taxi for early in the morning on the next day as we had to get to the airport - he told us that no taxis came to the hotel and we would need to walk 2 roads down to find one. No other help or suggestions were made. In the early morning on the next day, 2 hotel residents were loading their bags into a taxi in front of the hotel as we pulled our bags in the dark to get to the station.

The room and bathroom were tidy and well-maintained. We received two complimentary bottles of water, waffles, chips. The breakfast provided was also enjoyable.
The hotel is situated in a bustling street/market area where vehicle not allowed. Expect to carry luggage around .5 kms via uneven cobblestone floors, No one to assist for luggages carry to family room. family rooms are the opposite side of road. Need to carry luggages more than 20 steps through a narrow and steep passage and then elevator then again 6-8 steps. We kept luggages at reception and the old gentleman at reception refused to give a bottle of water during checkout. The bathroom/toilet and bedroom lacks a lock, with the keyhole being an empty opening. Not recommended for families with Lugguges and kids.

One block away from the main square and the design and vibe of the hotel was amazing.
The decor and ambience was buzzing but sound proofing so good that it didn't travel to the rooms.
There was an Instagram room where you could take pics, post and they claim for a free drink.
Was all brilliant apart from we booked a twin room but ended up with a double!

A very centrally located boutique hotel. This was my third stay here. Check in was easy. The room service team cleaned the room to a great standard whenever I needed. The room didn't have an iron, but there are ironing rooms which guests can use.
The bathroom is very small and a bit dated. The room itself is on the smaller size. But it is nicely decorated.

The building is old but well maintained. The rooms in that part of hotel are spacious, two connected rooms. The cleaning is done everyday.
The receptionist. It was not polite. Is angry and non collaborative.He differentiates customers. That ones that speaks french he gave welcome drink and us and some others not. Also he doesn’t give any information about the restaurant and dinner booking because the restaurant is not part of hotel even it is the same restaurant where you can eat the breakfast. The hotel has two buildings. The main building and the one where are located rooms for families.If you have luggage there are a lot of stairs and you have to made it by yourself and no one helps you. The toilets are also old . Also there is a lot of noise outside.

No wardrobe, we had 2 strollers and they were both laying on the floor, opened, no place for the clothes, when you enter the room it looked like we were homeless.
There was a fancy restaurant inside the hotel and a fancy bar at the 2nd floor.
The room was very well designed, romantic, with a touch of sexual desires. I think it's a one night affair hotel, no need to stay overnight, hence no wardrobe, but you need to have 2 types of rooms: with and without wardrobe.
The breakfast is insanely expensive: 25 euro. Even if it's good, it's overpriced.

Classy, funky, fun hotel - you walk into a zesty and groovy space. The boutique-y decor and vibe gives a holiday feeling. Also practically liked that you could open the window and get some fresh air.
Room (single) was compact but nicely done. No coffee/tea maker in room, can't take a drink from bar into your room. Restaurant shuts by 10pm(?). Overall though this place makes you feel special.

Great location and a boutique style.
Hotel set across 5 floors. Floor 1 is a popular restaurant and bar with a tiny reception desk. Make sure you book a table in advance, and there is no where to relax downstairs in a foyer apart from 1 sofa outside toilets. Floor 2 is a secret speak easy bar/club open til early hours that is not advertised named Scene bar, and loud in the street when it closes (ear plugs provided by bedside). There is also no discounted entry for hotel guests. We also found bar patrons in the stairwells near rooms late at night which is worrying. Then 3 floors of rooms. Zero mention of any of this when booking. We also sadly had bed bugs in room 117 that the hotel kindly refund 1 night as compensation, but still extremely frustrating and now knock on effects for us to clean belongings and suffer with itchy bites. Central coffee machine and lift often broken too.
