The room was quiet with an interior courtyard window, so not much natural light, and had a comfortable bed, sofa and a table with chairs. Bathroom was small, badly ventilated and very cold with the window open. A nice stay for a single night.
The bathroom wasn't very nice and no facility to leave bags which isn't what we expected from a hotel of this price range.

The last night we had new neighbours who made a lot of noise until 2 pm. In turns out that the walls between the room are extremely thin. You can even hear someone cough. That was very disappointing and made we decide not to come back again. I donโt think that every was fully booked so why was this not taken into account.

Room very small, and it is a "pain-in-the-SSSS" to store all the cushions (two very large & 4 scatter cushions) every night with the pull out double bed, and to make up the bed. AND, the reverse every morning to return to a double settee & store the duvet & pillows in the limited cupboards.
I think that (as Booking.com price per room is lower than the "normal" that they receive), we were allocated a room "at the back" with a view of walls - a bit disappointing. We learned that other couples received bottled water & offers for late check-out (we were not offered) - but I guess we didn't "deserve" this as we paid a lower price with Booking.com.

Im overall happy with everything. Its a beautiful building well decorated with paitings of J Ensor. Very close to the beach and supermarkt theres also option of dining and takeaway nearby. The Studio is also very good clean and equiped with a very small kitchen with enough utensils to do some basic cooking. It was confortable during our 2-night stay.
Theres only one thing that i really disliked was that they almost didnt gave shower gel (80 ml available), shampoo and conditioner (40 ml each was provided by the hotel for 3 adults during 2 nights) and considering the proximity to the beach it is presumed that you have to shower more often after swiming in the salty sea. I think they could be a littlr more generous on that. So i would advise you to take some with you or just buy more from the nearby supermarkt as i did

Very well situated. You're right next to the beach, restaurants, shops. The accommodation is a mix between contemporary interior design and a distinct touch of vintage art deco. I loved the taps in the bathroom. Checking in and out runs very efficiently. The studios are modern, very pretty, and compact. The kitchen is very handy and cute. It was nice and quiet for a good night's sleep. The building is really beautiful with elegant decorative features. Well worth its money. Staff are helpful and friendly.
The beds could do better. The mattresses on both the single bed and sofa bed were a bit on the flimsy side. Some spaces had dust left on them like the headboard of the single bed and the odd windowsill. The toilet had a strong odour.

I was under the impression there would be a main double bed, however it was more of a single bed with a sofa bed which was a little disappointing - maybe I hadn't read the room description very well, i think they did include measurements of the main bed but from the pictures provided of the room i was booking on booking.com it looked as though it would be a double bed. it's okay though the sofa bed was comfortable, but would've preferred just a normal double room to be honest!

It was close to the beach.
They wrote a ton of useless messages, I wrote back that I did not received the QR code twice, never got any answere. Than they did send an other message saying I should contact them about the check in on their email address or phone number below, and that also was not in that message.
They say that they will fine you 25 euros if you do not wash the dishes, that was never mentioned before, and they did not provide any place to dry the dishes or a sponge, and there was just very little dish soap. I can imagine how clean are those dishes...
The bed is really loud, even if you just turn on your side it makes an awful noise and it is very soft too.
There were also no tea and coffe maker, that would not be a problem, but in the description says that there will be.
You can not take a shower without washing your head because the water comes only from the ceiling.

The place had enough cutlery if one wishes to cook something. Extra blankets were provided and ample space to store your luggage in the room.
There were also extra luggage storage rooms in the cellar in case one reaches the location before check-in time and wants to visit the city without the luggage.
The bathroom didn't have a mat to avoid a slippery floor. The wash basin in the bathroom had a leaky tap and the water was not draining fast enough in the sink and water gets accumulated. We couldnt inform the reception as they are available only during the evening time and we were outside at that point of time. The kettle provided was not functioning.

The location was excellent, making it convenient to explore the area. The self check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, which made our arrival very easy. Overall, a pleasant experience!
The cleanliness of the room was disappointing. The sheets were dirty, and I even found hair from previous guests, which made the stay less comfortable than expected.

Very clean srudio may accomodate 3 people even if small, is very close to the sea, safe, with a single bed and one extendable double sofa very comfortable, 2 big windows opening into 2.small balconies with 2 chairs, automatic shadows, a little kitchen with the strictly necessary, fridge, microwave and kettle (no coffee machine), a little couch and a table with one chair. This is called luxury maybe because of some differences with the others, including the price, but luxury it is not when you hardly move around. Check in and out and getting the card keys are done automatically from a kiosk computer at the ground floor provided you checked in online first. This allows you to arrive even outside the reception hours from 2 to 6 pm each day.
The lack of a coffee machine. There are no shops around for a minimum reserve of food for breakfast at least, and some scarce extremely expensive places to have a breafast. A lot.of coffee shops and bars provide coffee and beverages only.
The shower is an old type fixed on the ceiling in the middle and one has to maneuver the handle to turn it on/off at some distance behind it so first you get a cold shower, and then the warm one. A hand shower would be welcome..

Very lovely building! Good location and lovely checking in process.
The room was a bit dirty. There were hairs in the bed and some stains. Also we booked for 4 people and still had to set up the couch bed ourselves.

The location was good, we were helped into the building.
The room was different than in the photo on booking, there were only 3 shampoos and 2 conditioners for 4 people, it was inconvenient to hang towels, we stayed for 2 nights and the towels were wet, they were not replaced. On the second night something was rattling all night, because of this we slept poorly. The view from the window was not of the city, but of the stairs. Self-check-in did not work, but this problem was solved.

Nice building, 1 block from the sea, in the center. Although small, the room was great for a short stay.
There are marks on the white walls that are probably difficult to remove because of the flat paint used. Found a hair on the floor of the bathroom. Hot plate to cook keeps on shutting off. There should be written explanation how to reset the system. Receptionist there only from 3 to 8pm.
