Our room was very dirt, there was black mold in the bathroom, the room smelled like humidity, the bathroom door would get stuck when closed, the balcony was tiny and the only ammenities was 2 packs of shampoo, there wasn't even soap to wash our hands.

The only positive point was very kind and friendly receptionist.
The hotel looks like it is from the period of end of 80s. It need an urgent renovation.
Beds are disaster! I saw many similar comments from previous guests, but I doubted. Now I am quite convinced they were right!
Breakfast : poor offer and monotonous - the same for all 6 days.
The guy (staff) from the dining room had bad attitude, with, I would say rude behave. It shouldn't work there.
There was no coffee on the breakfast.
Cleaning should be on a much higher level.
Anyway, the only reason I tolerated the above, are my very good impressions about skiing and ski area in Bansko overall.

The breakfast was typical Bulgarian as was all the crockery, So the breakfast itself and the ambiance was a true Bulgarian experience. The staff could not have been any friendlier or flexible. It was like a family atmosphere.
The family atmosphere made it impossible to dislike anything. , Lunch and supper were flexible and value for money. The only thing that could be improved is the wi-fi which was ok for most purposes.

The highlight of the room is definitely the view to the mountains. The bed is comfortable, the shower and the fridge works well.
The breakfast is too simple, no fruits, no cakes, no sweets, no deserts available. Both receptionists don't speak English, and the first one (from Saturday night) wasn't very friendly.
The bathroom doesn't have a cabin shower, so you flood the bathroom every time you shower.

The hotel was near to the town centre and provided all our needs. There was a good breakfast. We arrived by train and left by bus. The hotel is conveniently located if you don't mind a little walking, maybe 1km from both.
We had a room in the front of the hotel and we were woken by bins being emptied around 3:30 am.

The staff was okay. Also it has a decent traditional breakfast, but that’s all.
We (me and my girlfriend) stayed 3 nights there and to be honest it was disappointing. First of all the bathroom was so dirty and it was difficult for us to have a shower. Not to mention that our room was on the 3rd floor, the breakfast on -1 and there was no lift. The last but not least was the location of the hotel, which was in a dark area. We will never come back.

The breakfast was very good and fulfilling. We stayed for 10 days and some things changed, but some stayed the same. After a few days, it was difficult for the body to eat the same food. But it was good and plenty! We always had food and the staff was so polite and attentive.
The boss, Dani, was the absolute best! So, so nice. She always helped us with everything, funny and amazing. It was very clean and comfy. Will def be back next year! Thank u for the comfy stay!

The hotel is old and the rooms need renovation. Even though it looked like there were some fixings, it still requires major refreshments.
The room we were in was smelly when we got in, the furniture was old and damaged, the bathroom misses glass doors so after each use it floods all over the place, the main doors do not fit frames well so we could see outside through misfit, although the room seems to be cleaned up there was deep dirt around in the corners or electric plugs, holes in the wall, ...
We were 2 adults and 2 kids. In the room, there were a qeen bed and sofa. Sofa was unusable for sleeping. The huge bulge in the middle of the bed was unbearable, so, eventually, I was taking pictures of a sunrise at 5 am. Very nice.
At the moment of our arrival in the hotel, there was only one person who was receptionist/host, cooke, and cleaning staff, all at the same time. It is understandable that, at this time of year, there is no need for more staff, but it's not adequate to have someone sweaty, with greasy hands, and with food stains on the T-shirt, running up from the kitchen to open the main door and host guests. She was very kind and hospitable, though, but still...
We had dinner and breakfast, and the food was generally ok, very simple but tasty. For dinner, we had meat and potatoes, which was quite good, but it was quite a spice as well, and the kids were struggling, so in the end, one of them couldn't eat meat at all.

There were a few things that was not fixed in the room. The rack for towels in the bathroom was not well nailed to the wall. The hairdryer did not work. The door was sagging, dropping and it took effort to close. the key lock could also be improved.

I really love the staff, they are very kind, helpful and polite, made me feel at home. The breakfast was so good with handmade food and variety. They also provided me transfer to the Gondola every day.

Тhe location is not far from the center and easily accessible. The staff is friendly and helpful. The dinner offered on the New Year's eve and night was really special concerning both the food and the drinks. The hotel had even ensured that a DJ takes good care of the music for the entire evening till late in the night.

There was a bald shaved dude in the staff wich was always upset, never speaking because of the zero english and he always made people feel unconfortable. Never seen a smile from him, a hello, when he was making breakfast you had the feeling that he is annoyed and upset with everyone. Check the google reviews to see that everybody complains about him. Then the room was full of dust, old furniture, better see the pictures, a disgrace really
