Modern comfortable accomodation, easy to use spa facilities, good breakfast. We also had a very nice evening meal in their Italian restaurant Leonardo too - I thought the food was excellent. Easy parking and a pretty good location (although not in the old cobbled street part of town, albeit this a shortish walk away). We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Having a room facing the parking lot on the ground floor so I could be keeping an eye of my car ?

The spa zone is listed as 16+, however full of kids running around the facilities braking the silence, in supplement dirty. Nutrio bar was the lifeguard making fresh juice ???. As non-gluten options were to be considered oranges and apples ? Top tip - check the google reviews and consider on your own prior making the decision.

From start to finish, this hotel delivered an unforgettable experience. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, setting the tone for a luxurious stay. The room was beautifully designed, spotless, and equipped with every modern convenience. The dining was outstanding, with every meal crafted to perfection. The staff were attentive, accommodating, and made sure every need was met effortlessly. The facilities, especially the spa and pool, were pristine and relaxing. This hotel truly defines 5-star hospitality. I canโ€™t wait to return!

The hotel exceeded expectations in every way. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The spa area was an absolute highlight, featuring a relaxing pool, steam room, and sauna โ€“ perfect for unwinding after a long day. The breakfast was exceptional with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options, catering to every preference. The staff were extremely polite, professional, and always ready to assist.

The lighting in the rooms could use some improvement. The kitchen area feels a bit too dark, and in the living room, the lighting options are limitedโ€”you canโ€™t turn off the ceiling light while keeping the floor lamp on for a cozier atmosphere.

The room was spacious, with a modern design, and not a lot of noise could be heard from the outside. The bathroom was spacious, equipped with a bathtub, instant hot water, and great pressure. We received two free bottles of water and coffee every day, courtesy of the coffee machine. The fridge was quite big and made no noise. The temperature in the room was great. The bed was very comfortable. There was also an electric stove. Cleaning was done daily; shampoo, shower gel, bathrobes, and towels were replaced daily if you left them on the floor. The breakfast was varied and delicious. Sometimes it was a buffet, sometimes ร  la carte, depending on the number of guests. We also had dinner a couple of times at the hotel's restaurant, and the food was correctly cooked. We went during the week, so we basically had the spa area all to ourselves, which was wonderful. The hotel staff was very attentive, helpful, and nice. The reception area was also very nice, with lovely Christmas decorations. They organized a fine dining wine-pairing dinner, which we were informed about before our stay, requiring a 50% deposit. It was a bit expensive, but in my opinion, it was worth it, and it was the culinary highlight of our stay. So I would definitely recommend it if you have the chance.

Only one minor thing. If the do not disturb sign is on the dorknob please tell the cleaning staff not to knock on the door.

The staff at the hotel were really nice and welcoming. The breakfast was very very good, lots of options. The SPA was good. I expected the indoor pool to be bit bigger and there were lots of people using it, so it was kind of hard finding a free spot and spending bit more time there. Other things were amazing and my fav the cold bath, I enjoyed it. We found the prices at the hotel restaurants a bit more pricy, but the food was good. And the service as well. We liked their attention to bring us sweets everyday as a treat and some gifts as well. We would definitely want to visit again.

It is not that we didn't like it. We were expecting it. The location of the hotel is a bit far from the Bansko Gondola. There is a shuttle bus with a regular schedule every day. But going out at night it required a bit of walking to get to the city or the ski area.

Booking was easy and reception staff were quick to answer any queries and direct us to local ski schools and hire (Prin 2000). Check in was easy with helpful, friendly reception staff, who organized our ski pass for our stay. The fresh fruit, wine and sweet was very welcomed after a long drive. Beds were comfortable with plenty of extra bedding as required. The view from our balcony was spectacular - looking up to the ski slopes. Buses to the first Gondala and to the base were on time and fast, just some days booking was required for the early busses. Breakfast was a great array of international and local delights. The kids club was amazing with beautiful, caring staff that immediately engaged with our daughter. On the last day she stayed as we were packing the car. She didn't want to leave! Although not in the center of the action of the ski base, it was perfect for us. It was quiet at night, but had all the amenities that you might need, or want. Parking in front of the hotel was close and safe. Transport was easy to the center and if inclined a not so far walk. We will definitely return to Lucky Bansko on our next ski trip.

The pool was taken over by select families/ guests who had covered all of the chairs with towels whether they were in use or not. The paid salt pool was worth the extra coin to go in. The room opposite had a dog with the occupants' who would leave it in the room when they went out and it would yap constantly till they returned. Lucky for us they were not there for our entire stay!

The hotel is VERY well maintained. Loved the warm rooms, comfy beds, the staff are absolutely fantastic, and the spa is great. You have a safe place for your ski equipment with heated rods for your ski shoes. Food is nice, maintenance was nice, we absolutely loved it. And I loved the personalized message for our welcome. I mean itโ€™s the little things. ? Thereโ€™s a free shuttle to take you to the gondola every half an hour in the morning, and to get you back afterwards. The daily coffee and water in the rooms is awesome.

The WiFi kinda sucks. It connects fine but the speed and stability are not good. We didnโ€™t need it much, and for texting and browsing is usable, but have that in mind if you plan to work from there. Would also respect if there were signs for guests to keep quiet late at night and in early in the mornings, because families with not so well behaved kids can be a bit much after 23:00, if youโ€™re trying to get som rest to catch the early morning on the slopes. However we never did, but Iโ€™m sure you can just inform the staff and they will handle it. They are so nice and helpful.

- The room was beautiful, comfortable, and cozy. - The spa was fantastic, with saunas and great facilities.

Poor staff service: We requested a late check-out due to a night flight and spoke with both the general manager and their assistant. They told us no rooms were available, but the next day we saw that five rooms were free. Despite being willing to pay, no one informed us. Misleading communication: At check-out, reception told us we could use the spa and take robes, towels, and slippers. But at the spa, they said they donโ€™t provide these. Only after going back to reception and insisting were we given robes. It felt like the staff were avoiding responsibility instead of helping guests. For a 5-star hotel, the service should match the quality of the facilities. Management needs to train staff to provide clear information and a more guest-friendly experience.

Poor Value for Money and Subpar Standards: The hotel absolutely does not meet five-star standards and certainly doesn't justify the high price. The customer service was poor, and we had to deal with them repeatedly; for example, it took a full hour and several failed attempts to get a mattress topper in the correct size, and the mattresses themselves were uncomfortable. Check-in Issues and "Upgrade" Deception: Right upon arrival, we were told we were upgraded, but in reality, we received a room at a lower standard than what was booked. The initial room lacked a bathtub and a kitchen as shown in the pictures. A matching room was only found after we adamantly refused to move floors with all our luggage. Technical and Operational Failures: We experienced frequent power outages during our stay. Problematic Children's Activities: The children's craft activity was scheduled for a strange time (7:00 PM - 8:00 PM) and also required an extra fee.

This Hotels gives you the whole package: shuttles to the ski area(!), Spa (pools and few sauna rooms), spacious room, great breakfast, free parking, they even offered us food for the drive back to the airport. Game center for the kids. Staff speaks good english and are very helpful.

The hotel is stationed a bit far - but this is wasn't a big issue thanks to the shuttles.

Very good and friendly staff. The SPA has a big pool with 35 C water, with different jets, exactly what we needed for relaxation after ski day. The breakfast was very good, tasty and quite rich, to give you energy for a ski day.

A bit far from the interest locations. Local restaurants were quite expensive.
