A hotel with a spa and no bathrobes in the room!
There was no set of earplugs and shower caps!
On the second day, they only changed our towels and threw out the trash, but they didn't clean the floor, there was trash, and they didn't take away the dirty plates!
The breakfast was rich and delicious, but one of the morning the staff was very rude, impolite!
There is a panoramic bar on the top floor, but unfortunately it was closed for us! It was written: Private party, Don’t enter!
Last but not least, our reservation included breakfast, and upon checking out they charged us for extra money for breakfast!

It is a very nice and stylish hotel with very large rooms and a great spa. We primarily relaxed in the spa and enjoyed it a lot. It has different saunas, a steam room, showers etc.. The breakfast buffet is very large and has everything you like to find for a lazy long breakfast morning:)
The jacuzzi is nice and hot, but has a lot of defects and most bubbles didn't work which was a pitty.

We got free room upgrade upon arrival. So the room was really specious. There was free healthy home made chocolate waiting us in the room. The bed was super comfy. The parking is free and specious as well. There is a beautiful garden in front and at the back of the hotel. The breakfast was amazing. We loved the stream bath and the spa in general.
In reality there is nothing to complain about. The only thing was a bit of noice from the restaurant after 10:00 pm as there was a wedding and people were staying out to smoke.

I was told I’d received a Premium upgrade to my Superior room. I asked at reception what exactly the upgrade was, since I’ve stayed here many times and always book a Superior room — the cheaper ones just aren’t worth the price.
At this hotel, rooms closer to the elevator are usually better. The “upgraded” room I got was oddly shaped — very long, around six meters — which made the distance from the bed to the TV feel awkward. It didn’t feel very ergonomic.
I asked to compare it with the regular Superior room I’d actually paid for. After some time at the computer, the receptionist offered to show me a similar room one floor below. It was identical but smelled fresher, had a stocked minibar, and the wallpaper was in better condition. I took that one — a small win for an already disappointed guest.
When the hotel hosts company team-building events, the two elevators are simply not enough.
I also don’t like the new restaurant menu. They removed the salmon with asparagus and hollandaise sauce — the only truly safe option — and replaced it with a strange deep-fried pulled pork meatball served with mashed potatoes, gravy, and oddly fried edamame. No comment.
Breakfast has gone downhill as well: no omelets, no porridge, no freshly baked croissants.
Raising prices while cutting costs and lowering quality doesn’t work well with loyal guests.

The property is modern, the breakfast room is designed beautifully with splendid sun room towards the garden, rooms are wide and comfortable, the breakfast beverage can be more with more variety, for a person who stay for couple of days same breakfast even though its variant cab be boring.. the staff are very polite and cooperative.. special thanks to Vladimir the manager of staff who was extremely friendly and helpful helping with different tasks. Great place to stay in.

Pillows are very thick, not the kind I’m used to. At the corridor leading to the rooms sometimes smoking smell can be noticed, residents smoking out in the balcony keeping door open all smoking smells get inside

The manager is a very friendly gentleman he is always welcoming and helping with any matter that comes up, the check in was very smooth and easy, even after the Silvester eve the hotel offered a brunch from 9-15! This was a very brilliant and helpfull move..
The only thing I liked less was the fixed breakfast options, the breakfast has a lot to offer, but as a group that stayed for 5 days it was a bit boring.

The service was great, I ordered a little note for my wife to be placed on our bed. When we arrived there was a romantic cake in our room which I did not expect.

The hotel was very clean and the location was perfect for me as I needed to stay at a walking distance to my temporary work place. I received and upgrade of the room, so it was quite spacious. The bathroom was spotless and all together everything was quite welcoming. The staff was helpful and very respectful.
The internet, or lack there of, was horribly slow and the WiFi connection kept interrupting. At times I needed to create a Hot Spot with my phone in order to get some work done. I couldn't believe such a pricey hotel wouldn't invest in a better quality internet.

The hotel is very cosy, with modern design and extremely friendly staff. The only thing that prevents me for giving the highest score is the fact that the wellness center did not work. But overall it was a great stay.
