Based on the photos on booking.com I was not expecting this quality. The receptionist lady upon arrival was very kind, and she has offered us an upgade to suits/apartment/family room. It was a huge room on the top floor, with a terrace, with a big bathroom, and 2 big king size beds in separate room. The bed was really comfortable.
There is a restaurant in the basement, and we have recieved a perfectly grilled meat, so instead of a simpel dinner just ot bite somthnig after the travel it was an excitement. The waiter was a very kid guy. Not to forget that we were gifted by a 20% discount voucher for restaurant consumption.
In the restaurant the light is too white, less led light would result a more discrete athmosphere. The first impressino was that it is a hopsital, as there was so much light there. But it is minor remark, far not a complain.

It was close to the bus and train station, which is why we chose it in the first place. There’s also a tram stop and metro station nearby. Breakfast has a good variety too. But the best part was the staff, they speak English well and were able to give directions to places we want to visit.

Member of staff at check-in was rude and seemed put out that he had to check us in because he was overworked. He told me that I had only paid for one person but actually paid for two. Maybe an issue with bookings.com listing but not my problem. Fortunately it was resolved. The other members of staff were fine and one one was very helpful. It seems it is hit or miss when it comes to customer service but that's Bulgaria in general.

The hotel's location is good. Everything is within walking distance - public transport stops, and it's not far from the city center.
What I didn't like was that it was very noisy in the hotel all evening and almost until morning. From the restaurant, we could hear music in our room, then the restaurant guests continued to socialize outside in front of the hotel, and then this gathering moved to the first floor of the hotel and continued until 2:30 AM. We heard that one of the guests made a remark to this cheerful company, but there was no reaction from the hotel staff. Maybe we were just 'unlucky,' but it left an unpleasant impression of our stay at the hotel

The room size was adequate and there were surfaces to put things on. There was a kettle, something other rooms on our travels through The Balkans lacked.
The bathroom was quite spacious and the towels of a reasonable size. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were too firm for me. The restaurant served a good evening meal and I can recommend the ribs - they melt away in your mouth.
All staff were very helpful, especially our waitress in the restaurant.
It’s only a 2-300m walk to the metro and if you explore, there’s a system of lifts if you have a suitcase, and you can just change once and get to the airport.
Breakfast was adequate but there was not as much choice as in other hotels on our travels. However, they did have English Breakfast tea to brighten my day, and fresh milk.
We had a window onto the main road so we were woken up early by trams rushing by. However, if you don’t focus on it you can get back to sleep and you almost get used to it.

Staff were helpful and very accommodating. The hotel is close to the bus station for inter-city travel. We had a balcony with views to the snow capped mountains.
The beds weren't the greatest and our room was very small. Breakfast lacked choice, was badly set out (people were walking all over the place - no logical layout) and the dining room looked a bit shabby. The breakfast was the worst we had during a 5-week Balkan tour. We wouldn't have chosen this hotel but we extended our stay in Sofia by one night after our tour finished (the hotel was booked by the tour operator) and it was convenient. The hotel is old and lights in the room are very dark. The towel is dirty and old, I need to change it when I check in.
The breakfast is ok. The receptionist on day time is very nice, but the guy on night time is not friendly. Overall I don’t recommend it.

No coffee sachets provided for the kettle in room only sugar was there , I had to buy outside. The soap dispenser by bath was empty.

The hotel is modern and spacious, convenient location, just a short walk to Vitisho Boulevard. Wonderful spacious car park that was free for guests. The breakfast was ample and tasty. Mariana on Reception was so warm and friendly, she ensured we felt at ease as soon as we walked in.
There was nothing that I didn’t like, it’s a gem of a find.

The apartment was roomy, clean and nice. Breakfast was adequate but nothing special.
Parking area not paved and few steps away. Could be a problem with lot of luggage and during bad weather. Room service not available. Air conditioning in the living room to weak to cool down. Pull out bed uncomfortable.

The view from the 6th floor was nice
One of the beds had a broken wheel. The other one had stains on the lower part of the mattress.

We chose this hotel especially for the EV charging station and I have some things to mention about it. It is free of charge, you just need to ask about it at the reception. There's only one charging spot, so if it's blocked by someone else, there's not much you can do. There are a few parking spaces in the front of the hotel, but they are for temporary parking only. The bigger parking is behind the hotel. We didn't see it since we left the car to charge in front of the hotel.
The room was really cold, and even though we turned the thermostat to the maximum degrees, it still didn't give heat. The breakfast was decent, but it could have had more options and also, there was a hair in the apple pie.

Front desk staff were polite and helpful. The room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Plenty of electrical outlets for plugging in devices, and wifi was reliable. Making luggage storage available was convenient. Close to the bus station and public transportation.
The hotel is located on a busy street, with traffic noise at all hours and construction noise in the morning. The restaurant staff during breakfast were often abrupt and impatient.

Nice view, very good location, the room was comfortable, spacious and clean!
The breakfast was poor in quantity and quality, further more the refill of the empty gastronomes was taking ages and lastly there were not enough tables to accommodate the guests. The quality of the breakfast negatively impacts our overall experience at the hotel.

Very good breakfast
Extremely hot room, somewhat clean, many hairs on the sheets, the bathroom, and the pillows. Most of the staff were rude and cold with the exception of one sweet girl in the morning of our check out.

Near public transportation.
Far from city attraction. Old equipment. The toilet doesn't have good air conditioner. Location is loud. Houses near hotel are old and dirty. Breakfast is basic.
