We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Central Club Sofia! The room we stayed in was very comfortable, offering all the amenities we needed for a relaxing visit. The facilities were excellent, with everything well-maintained and functioning perfectly. Cleanliness was good overall, though I would rate it 4 out of 5 as there was some room for improvement. However, it didn’t detract from the quality of our stay. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Sofia’s city center. Everything we needed, from shops to restaurants and major attractions, was just a short walk away.

The best is the location. Short walking distance to all the sites and a short walk from the metro station.
The room is very dated and dark. The room we had is a connecting room to another room, the couple or family next door talks very loud until midnight, we can hear clearly but can't understand the language. I'm sure the hotel can sell at a better rate if they go through a major renovation to updates and change the layout.

It was an unforgettable experience finding satisfaction regarding a remarkable comfortable. I really liked the SPA with jacuzzi which impressed me with all part of oriental art where you could relax with your partner creating a romance transporting you to another universe. I liked the bar with a beautiful panoramic view sitting near the window. I would like to thank the girls from the Reception with their name of "Stvetelina, Milena and the great bartender Ioan where they were very friendly and available to make the time significant for me. I will definitely come back again ...!!!

The room was really nice and clean. Overall, the central position of the hotel was the real strength of this place. It is a few meters from the metro station and it's perfect to reach all the main monuments and bars on foot.
Facilities were valuable as well, we enjoyed the spa which was little but clean and relaxing.
Unfortunately, the shower had no curtains and having a shower was difficult. We had to be careful not to flood the entire toilet. Also, it was a bit noisy in the morning, and we woke up with the unpleasant sound of the tram passing under our window

Elevator is not maintained well, bad vibrations from tge motor and rope, doors do not close properly. Hallway smells bad, but in the room is ok. They forgot to put bath accessories on the first day, but did it on the second. No dedicates place for the bath accessories in the shower area, you have to put everything on the floor.

Room was nice and bed was comfortable, spa opportunity was a big plus to the overall experience.
Couple things: Bathroom didnt have curtain so when showering water splashed all over the floor and there was no tool to swipe it; AC remote didnt seem to work properly; one of the hallway lights was blinking and stopped working (electrical problem). And other thing was tv which didnt show up any programs at first - asked for help at the counter but nobody came to solve problems so had to figure out soulutions myself.

The place where the hotel is is exceptional. Very close to everything in the center of Sofia. The rooms are nice and clean with AC, tv and bathroom ammenities.
The elevator is extremely slow, it does not include breakfast, the water from the shower gets out and wets everything in the bathroom.

The hotel has a real charm. Hate to use the word communist but its decorated in such a way but very comfortable and welcoming. The spa is a MASSIVE bonus. The bed is really comfortable in room 51 and the air con was a lifesaver in the heatwave we were facing. It's on the main road near Serdica which makes it so simple to get to and from the Airport on the yellow M4 line.
Lastly the staff were very helpful. Gentleman with the glasses was very helpful when I enquired about taxis for the airport.
The lift/elevator was a bit past it's prime. Also the noise from outside might require ear plugs.

We paid for the private parking inside the hotel area and every single time we wanted to enter the parking , we had to go to the desk and beg the receptionist to open it. One of the evenings we came back late at night and the barrier was down and the hotel door was locked!! After 10 minutes of knocking and calling someone came and opened it for us. It was very unpleasant experience.
The hot tub is for one person only, not for a couple, the photos are not showing the real size.

The room was smelly and in a sloppy condition. One side of the bed was inclined, which made it difficult to sleep. We stayed just one night, so we didn't bother complaining. We had a double bed, but the blanket was way too small for two people to share - needs to have a bigger blanket or two blankets of the current size.

The location is amazing, very central. The hotel met my expectation according to price&performance. It was clean as well.
I asked a room with a good view but my room floor was 1 and the view was terrible. The beds are not confortable ı had a back pain all night and could not sleep well. The elevator is fair old and very slow, ı think it needs to adjust or change asap. Finally, I had to wait half hour more than check-in time while i asked them if an early check in possible in advance.
