Everything else was fine!
A person rented the room next door. In the evening we couldn't leave our room because police apparently wanted to arrest him and we could here them screaming outside of the room "YOU ARE UNDER ARREST! LIFT YOUR SHIRT UP!" We couldn't put our laundry in the dryer :(

The only thing I can truly say I liked about my experience was the affordability I came with three other friends and it was a total of around $50 for each of us for only one night.
Well I'll make it as simple as possible to understand,
-small TV
-carpet torn up
-not clean under the bed
-the one room didn't have a coffee machine
-the other room had a broken door handle
-there was used napkins behind joined a door
-the furnace was falling off
-I couldn't change the heat
-the mirror was ripped off at the bathroom door
-every room was different we had to go take a lamp from a different room so we could see
-I ordered two queen size beds but I got a king size room and then I got one single double
-the window never had a screen protector
-the carpets weren't clean and it felt very gross everywhere
-every single ice machine was broken

Close to downtown Calgary
Loud inside and out. I heard our neighbour coughing and spitting all night. Loud traffic and dogs barking until late. Dirty- there appeared to be dog hair in the room. The whole hotel smelt of cannabis and/or cigarettes. No food or drink available and when I asked for milk for a hot drink at reception, the lady had no idea what I was asking for.

Place was clean, service was great! Front desk clerk was extremely efficient... Overall a comfortable stay.
It would be nice to see the pool up and running... As well as somewhere to buy drink or snack (vending) in the building. Also the lack of cable in the rooms was strange as well.

Like? This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in my life. If was extremely dirty, with smears of God knows what all over. Pubic hair all over the bathroom. The hallways smelled musky and filled with nicotine. I can’t even recommend this place to my enemy.

The room had a bed. That's it. No lights no TV no desk no chair no microwave no phone. Absolutely nothing like the advertisement. I asked for the items in the description or at least a light. I was given a $50 discount on my stay.

There are no facilities or are out of use, there is no "pop" machine where advertised, the swimming pool was closed throughout our stay, the gym was inaccessible and locked, the room was dirty, i found a wrapper behind one of the drawers and the restaurant/bar was never opened. also there was no hot water one day

Nothing to like.
Arrived to find out no available rooms he working air conditioners (error messages on all of them) and the area was unsafe feeling. While in the parking lot the number of unhoused people wandering by and hanging out made me worry for the safety of my work vehicle full of physical product. Asked for a refund and canceled the room.

Originally, the price! Then found out why its so cheap!
The safety and security, the cleanliness, the date of the appliances, the furniture, and the smell! My belongings were stolen from this place, by drug addicts not hotel guests!

Staff is super friendly and efficient!
Beds are comfortable, and room is cozy. O
The room AC did not work but they had a room standing AC that kind of worked but blew hot air out the back, so room still felt hot during the night.
Pillows were a little weird, if you put your head on them they sink and flatten out.

Very clean and central. Room was big enough for the 3 of us staying there.
There were not enough curtains to block out the morning sunlight and the evening lights that were on in the adjoining property. Definitely missing a few drops. We had to use the towels provided to us to block out the sunlight as well as the pillows. It didn't really help much though as the windows were long and the towels didn't cover the gap completely. I took a pic of what we did, but don't know who to send it to.
