Good location, staff are great, and swimming pool is open after than other places.
Rooms were very warm and the fans didn’t help at all. They had a sign on the windows that asked us not to open them in lower temperatures due to their heating system. There is no elevator which makes frustrating with lots of items and pets.

It was relatively central to a lot of amenities
The parking spots, the hallway on the second floor, the air quality in the room, the noise from outside, the pillows and bed were hard, when people were in the hallway. It felt like they were on the other side of a sheet of paper.

It has been 4 business days and they haven’t refunded me my 200 dollars damage deposit. I have called in and they keep asking me to wait. That’s terrible.
I’d like to have my damage deposit back. Thanks

The location is good if you need access to the transit system. There is plenty of shopping and dining choices in close proximity. The room was comfortable and clean. The heating and cooling system in the hotel is centralized so it was quiet unlike the individual room systems which are generally noisy. Breakfast has hot and cold entrees which were adequate.
The soundproofing could be better as you can clearly hear the occupants of the adjoining room(s).

The location and breakfast was good. The hot tub was the prescription I did not know i needed. Rooms are clean.
The staff were awesome, especially the lady attending to us in the breakfast room.
Noise, mostly from the HVAC(i think). At some point it felt like i was sleeping in a factory.
But then i guess you get what you paid for. For the price, I would go back :)

Property location was good but the room was too small in size.No complaints on cleanliness. This property was not having elevator so moving luggage to first floor is bit difficult. They do offer free breakfast which was ok, only suggestion to management is that they should replenish the items if they are finished.
