The room area is super spacious. And everything is new and clean. My husband and I love the bathroom especially. The tub is huge and comes with jacuzzi. Staff is superb and helpful. Basement parking is excellent too.

The baggage trolleys are unable to handle heavy luggage bags.

The room was very clean.

A staff member at the hotel tried to shove our bill through the slot of the door at 4 am and it sounded like someone was trying to break in and woke us up. As 2 females it freaked us out and couldnt get back to sleep.

Breakfast buffet for sports teams hours arent very accommodating. We had to leave the hotel by 7:10, with breakfast starting at 7 it didnt work for us.

Ignacio the front desk manager was an awesome person to interact with. A breath of fresh air compared to most of the staff who doesnt even acknowledge guests upon entering the hotel.

Restaurant overly priced for the quality of food. One of the people in my travel group and myself both ended up with food poisoning from this location which was not fun while on a mini vacay. For the room side of things I would wish that the bathtub had anti-slip mat or strips added.

The location is really good and breakfast was great! We basically just slept, ate, and went home for this first time stay; so I'll be back on April 20 (if no hiccups).

Enjoyed the comfort and space in the room. Clean and comfortable. Black out blinds were handy. Breakfast Sunday morning was exceptional, service was fantastic.

It was hard to get service Saturday night at the restaurant and took a while to be able to pay our bill.

The room was clean and spacious. I liked it had a microwave and clean coffee maker. Bed and pillows were comfy.

I didn't drive a car, so the location was a inconvenient to find a restaurant within walking distance so I had a dinner at the restaurant inside twice. There was a local cafe and Starbucks nearby, but that's all.
