The room was exactly like the pictures so no surprises there. In-room facilities (coffee machine, television, computer, hair dryer, etc) were also good. Cleaning facilities were also on time and good.

2 things - 1. There was no information provided on how to call/reach the reception if required. We needed to do this twice, once when our key card was not working at arrival, we had to come all the way down to talk to reception in person. Second when the electricity was out in the middle of the night (on 1 day), we had to search through google to find a number for reception.2. Breakfast was rather plain and not fresh. The bagels and breads were dry and boiled eggs tasted stale.

Bright, spacious and very clean. Comfy bed and great shower. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with many choices. Good location for the old port area.

Only thing I’d recommend is a better reading light for night-time, the lighting was quite dim.
