The rooms are clean, the location is great! The staff was helpful and answered any question with a smile. The rooms are small but it is very convenient for travelers who spent the majority of the time outside.
There are plenty parking lots around the hotel.

Super tiny room I could have more space to put my belongings. It was felt very enclosed and although it was smart the bed on the roof, the overall space was minimal and also the washroom sink was outside de bathroom, so bad design and not efficient at all.

First of all, the location of the hotel was great, as expected, the room was small, but the idea of being able to move the bed up and down for more space is not bad. Realistically, you don't move it up or down at all. At best, you can store your luggage underneath it. The bathroom was decent.
The kitchen area was great and more usable than I initially expected. You might want to come down a little earlier though if you want to still get some orange juice! That one could have done with some more refills.
Unfortunately, the ventilation in the room was not great at all. The AC did not really work as you were neither able to control the temperature nor did turning it on or off work. What made this worse was that you were NOT able to open the windows to get some fresh air which was especially annoying as the air in the morning was very dry with the AC running all night in the room and the tiny room just needs more ventilation more often. Screwing down the windows seems quite conter-productive.
Another negative point was that the carpet didn't really feel clean. As we were there in the winter, you were able to feel, I assume, salt from the shoes of people that were walking around in the room with their outside shoes.
The last annoying point were the outlets above the bed! Never in my life have I seen such flimsy outlets. Due to them being recessed a little in the wood, a bigger charger does not go all the way in and it fell out with the slightest breeze.

I like the concept of the shared kitchen, it was very convenient not only for breakfast but also in case, you want to relax, have a cup of coffee, or work in a nice environment.
The room is good but it's a bit small. It would be great if there was more space to store your clothes.

It was a new experience to cook your own breakfast. But options are limited. Eggs toast cereal and flour to make pancakes. But it would have been better to get ready made breakfast as sometimes the kitchen gets too busy when there are a lot of guests and we have to wait to use the kitchen

A great, central and budget-friendly option for couples/friends in Quebec City. The room layout was efficient with the liftable bed allowing for more space during the day. William at reception also provided great assistance, answering every question and quickly fixing an issue with one of our blinds.
