Great location, large room, quiet

There is NO FRONT DESK as stated on booking.com. Very inconvenient to arrive and find out you have to go to an alternate hotel a fair distance away to get keys and then come back. This alternate hotel is not open 24 hours which could create further confusion if you arrive late. Only a couple of private parking spots ($25) so I would try and reserve one of the spots with the hotel or you will have to find public parking. This should be noted on the booking.com website and the hotel should be providing this information well in advance so you are prepared, not a message sent a couple of hours before your check in that you may not see.

The fact that the living and work space areas are seperate from the sleeping space. Allows to get work done without interrupting other person sleeping. ~ We are provided a number incase of emergency if front desk isn't available. ( don't use it to order a pizza, hehehe) but if you do, wouldn't surprise me if managed to get one.

the frontage was so bad it was leaking and too old and there is no elevator and no front desk. In order to enter I want to another address which was written on French on the door and then she give me a cod for enter Shouldnt I receive that by email!?

The location is perfect, being in such an accessible spot that's only a minutes' walk from local restaurants. The room was very clean and tidy with enough space for a couple and stocked with coffee and a small fridge as well!

The mini-split air conditioner didn't seem to come on to cool mode and wouldn't cool the room (it turns out that the radiator was running on a low heat and we hadn't noticed until the next morning so the room was quite warm on a 20+ degree day) but we weren't there very long so it wasn't a huge issue.

Clean room, nice location. coffee machine in the room and free coffee pods for refill at the lobby.

1. I was told specifically by the property, ( msg via booking) one day before my arrival to go to another hotel, JARDIN DU GOUVERNEUR for my check in. However once there, I was surprised to be told that it was not necessary as my key card was not at their premises but at the lobby at Ermitage hotel. I was then given the code for the main entrance door at my hotel and the wifi code as well. So I end up going back to the hotel I booked on foot which was around 7-10 mins from there with someone having Parkinsons disease (the taxi already left). 2. wifi was weak in my room #253

It's really close to everything you need, about the room it's was big enough to fit 4 adults, the bed was in a good size and the mattresses were really really comfortable, I slept like a baby. Cleaning, they can do better. I don't regret the experience, and I may book again whenever I'll be back in Qubec city.

Great location

The balcony accessible from our room was nothing short of a safety risk. The floor bounced underneath your feet and the fencing around it was very unstable. The doors accessing the balcony also wouldnt close completely, creating a draft into the room.
