This property is amazing! From check in to check out- we have no complaints! The hotel is modern and beautiful. Rooms are large and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic. The spa was great after a day on the mountain. We enjoyed live music and cocktails kin lobby bar. The ski lockers made it convenient and easy. The concierges extremely helpful with ski rentals, transportation and dinner reservations. Would return without reservation. Thank you BEAUSiTE for an amazing stay!

We absolutely loved every aspect of our stay at Beausite Zermatt. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed and comfortable. Although we hadnโt mentioned it in advance, we checked in on my birthday, and to my surprise, there was a thoughtful birthday note and a small gift waiting for me in our room. It was a wonderful surprise and a perfect way to begin our vacation. The heated outdoor pool was lovely! While it can get busy in the late afternoon, we found that if you visit in the morning, youโre likely to have the whole pool to yourself, which made for a peaceful and relaxing experience. We dined at the Grill one evening, despite its mixed reviews, and we were so glad we did. The atmosphere was calm and intimate, the service was impeccable, and the food was among the best we had during our entire trip. Although we didnโt opt for a Matterhorn-view room, the view from our bedroom was still spectacular. Breakfast each morning was a treat, and we loved unwinding in the evening at the bar with the soothing sounds of the live piano music. Overall, our stay at Beausite Zermatt was unforgettable, and we can't wait to return.
The sauna only opens at 15:00. It would have been nice to have the sauna open in the morning, since it was quite busy in the afternoons.

Where do I even begin? Truly an unforgettable experience that I will cherish forever. Just go ahead and book it because you absolutely will not regret it. If there's one regret that I have, it's only staying for 1 night.

Super clean, cute decor, very good location (9 mins from the train and busy street). Beautiful views from the corner room. The food at the Grill restaurant is amazing. Breakfast was delicious as well. I forgot my shoes at my room and sent an email to the team, who were very kind to keep it and we agreed to arrange delivery soon.
I found the outdoor pool pretty underwhelming and itโs facing a building under construction. Iโd say prices are a bit high for the value you get but Iโm satisfied.

The staff were extremely friendly. BEAUSiTE has the most comfortable beds and pillows that we have experienced throughout our multi week travels in Europe. The spa and outdoor pool were fantastic! The breakfast buffet and staff was above and beyond. We did not want to leave. Definitely recommend staying here, and will stay here again the next time we are in Zermatt.

The outdoor pool with a direct view to the Matterhorn was definitely a highlight. The service by the staff and concierge was top notch, making the trip an absolute wonder.
Would have been nice with a bug net outside the window to allow us to keep the window open through the ngiht.

The service, food, location, esthetic, and rooms were superb.
The shower has a system of hot water that is unreliable. We had to run the water about 10 minutes before it gets warm. Very disappointing. The fitness room is very basic and under equipped.

Beautiful rooms, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, and great views of the Matterhorn. Good location, close but off the Main Street so didnโt have to worry about street noise. Staff was very helpful.
There was renovation work ongoing so there was construction noise during the day. The hotel provided us a note of apology, two drink vouchers, and chocolates for the inconvenience. As we were out most of the day, it wasnโt too bad. But would ask about any renovation work when booking in the future.

Beautiful hotel, within 10 min walking distance of the main street and train station. Exceptional views on the Matterhorn. Great pools and spa facilities. Room and bed were comfortable. Nice touch with the little gifts (cookies, cakes) every day in your room. Breakfast was excellent, one of the best on our trip.
No A/C, like everyone else, and the staff is midly happy to serve you at the bar or terrace.

Our lovely suite (#106) had a terrace with a view of the Matterhorn. The room was quite nice and there was a separate water closet room, the other bathroom had a free-standing tub and a large shower. The bathroom also had a terrace. Breakfast was very good. My husband had a sport massage by Ursula and said it was a very good massage. He has a regular deep massage at home every 2 weeks and always appreciates a really good massage when we travel. They have an outdoor pool and an indoor pool, the outdoor pool has a view of the mountain. The staff were very nice. They have a small shuttle that will come to pick you up from the station. Itโs not that far to walk but itโs nice to have the shuttle when you have luggage.
There was absolutely nothing we didnโt like.

The price is too steep for the quality. We don't know if we didn't have hot water in our room or if it would take really long to switch on. The hotel is not very flexible with cancelations.

There multiples type of sauna including one outside with full a face windows with the view on the Matterhorn. (and also, exterior pool with same view). We fully recommend this hotel

Everything was excellent. View, breakfast, pool, room, staff, gym. I especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The options were fantastic and the food was great. The dining room is so cute. The view of the Matterhorn from the room was also incredible.
Everything was excellent. No notes. Will be staying here again. It would be nice if guests were able to order drinks at the pool instead of needing to go upstairs but that would just be a bonus. No complaints.

The exceptional staff really made all the difference in our stay. They are very guest focused and provided us with all the information or assistance we needed. The hotel is walking distance to the center of town. The spa facilities, while small, were well-maintained. Our room was spotless and generally comfortable. The fresh pastries left daily in our room were a special treat. The included breakfast was wonderfully varied and plentiful.
Although our room description said "mountain view" our room was at the back of the hotel, which closely overlooked the Gornergrat Bahn line and other hotels on the hills. We chose to keep one window slightly open overnight for fresh air, so we heard the railway from early in the morning. Because of the colder weather, we chose to eat two of our evening meals at the hotel bar. The food there was generally disappointing.
